The Forgeline CF1 is a fully-forged one-piece monoblock wheel. Utilizing manufacturing technology similar to our very successful GA1R wheel, the concave 5-spoke design of the CF1 looks great and allows plenty of room for caliper clearance and extreme brake fitment. The one-piece monoblock forging and computer-simulated FEA design process yield a wheel that is ruggedly handsome, extremely stiff, and has excellent fatigue strength.
The CF1 is machined from a single forging of 6061-T6 aluminum. It is currently available in 18, 19, 20, and 21-inch diameters with a range of widths and offsets. The CF1 is also available for limited applications in Deep Cap (DC) and Extra Deep Cap (EDC) profiles. These Deep Cap profiles employ unique in-house lathe turnings that allow us to position the center cap deep within the center of the wheel and create an exaggerated extra-aggressive concave look. This option is an excellent choice for select vehicles including the BMW M3, Nissan GT-R, ZL1 Camaro, C6 Z06 Corvette (rear only), and certain Porsche models (rear only).

Our CF1 Open Lug Cap Edition is based upon our popular CF1 monoblock wheel, but has significant material machined from the center area for additional weight reduction, improved access to the lugs, and an exaggerated extra-aggressive concave look. But unlike the Competition Series CF1R Open Lug racing wheel (which will NOT accept a center cap), this “Cap Edition” has a redesigned hub center and includes a unique specially-engineered tall center cap (with “Forgeline Motorsport” engraving) to cover the hub spindle and protect it from the elements.

But unlike its predecessors, the CR3 is a modern 3-piece wheel that is manufactured from fully forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers using the latest engineering and manufacturing technology. A traditional five-spoke design with inverted tapered spokes and smooth edges, the CR3 evokes a traditional muscle car flavor while delivering modern technology and performance.
The CR3 is built with true forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers, aircraft-quality ARP stainless steel hidden fasteners, and heat-treated rim sections. The DE3P incorporates a classic eight spoke mesh design with more than half of the assembly hardware hidden and the rest visible. Spokes that reach all the way to the rim add scale and dimension to this design. Each DE3P wheel is built with forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers, 6061-T6 spun rim halves, and stainless steel aircraft-grade ARP fasteners.
Finish options include a powder coated or polished center with a polished, powder coated, or chromed outer lip. The DE3P is available in sizes ranging from 18x7.5 to 20x16. The Forgeline DS3 Performance Series wheel is a sporty split-spoke design that features hidden hardware and a sleek lower-profile center. Large chamfers accent the spokes and flange area to complete the look. The DS3 is available with the original stepped lip design in 17-inch, 18-inch, 19-inch, and 20-inch fitments. And it is also available with a reverse deep lip/flat lip in 18-inch and 19-inch sizes.
The DS3 is built with true forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers, aircraft-quality ARP stainless steel fasteners, and features a standard powder coated center finish with a polished outer lip. And since each wheel is built-to-order, Forgeline can offer special features like custom offsets, center locking hubs, and a large choice of finish combinations.

The uniquely-styled EX1 continues the exciting evolution in Forgeline monoblock design. It delivers cutting-edge styling with five “Tuning Fork” split spokes that span “hidden” lug holes and a strong chamfered outer edge. And the EX1’s relatively open spoke pattern is perfect for showing off the sexy giant brakes that are found on most serious modern performance vehicles.
The EX1 is machined from a single forging of 6061-T6 aluminum. It is currently available in 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22-inch diameters with a range of widths and offsets. (Please Note: Depending on size, the EX1 may be available in deep, medium, or shallow concave profiles.) And just like any Forgeline wheel, the EX1 is available with fully customizable finish options. THIS WHEEL IS NOT AVAILABLE IN A CENTERLOCK FORMAT.
