Stilo Venti WRC ZERO Carbon Fiber Helmet 8860-2018
from $9,173.00
Stilo Venti WRC ZERO 8860-2018 Carbon Fiber Helmet
Uncompromising Safety and Performance
Stilo Venti WRC ZERO 8860-2018 Carbon Fiber Helmet
The Stilo Venti WRC ZERO 8860-2018 Carbon Fiber Helmet is engineered for professional rally drivers and co-drivers who demand elite protection, exceptionally low weight, and clear in-car communication. Combining an advanced carbon fiber shell with Stilo’s weight-saving PURO technology, integrated WRC electronics, and FIA 8860-2018 certification, this open-face rally helmet is built for the most demanding stages in motorsport.
The Venti WRC ZERO is the premium, weight-focused version of Stilo’s championship-winning Venti rally helmet. Its compact shell, noise-attenuating earmuffs, adjustable microphone, and recessed communication connection create a complete helmet and intercom platform designed around the needs of a rally crew.
FIA 8860-2018 Protection for Elite Competition
The Stilo Venti WRC ZERO is certified to the FIA 8860-2018 advanced helmet standard. Developed for high-level motorsport, this certification subjects the helmet to demanding impact, penetration, flame-resistance, and structural performance requirements.
Its high-tensile carbon fiber shell delivers exceptional strength without the unnecessary bulk associated with heavier helmet constructions. Factory-fitted HANS post anchors allow the helmet to be connected to a compatible frontal head restraint without requiring separate anchor installation.
Ultra-Light ZERO Carbon Construction
Every part of the Venti WRC ZERO is designed with weight reduction in mind. Stilo’s PURO carbon technology eliminates the need for a conventional final clear-coat layer, reducing unnecessary material while revealing the helmet’s distinctive raw carbon fiber finish.
The result is the lightest helmet configuration in the Venti WRC range, with a listed weight of approximately 2.6 pounds, depending on helmet size and equipment configuration. Reducing weight at the driver’s head can help limit neck fatigue during long rally stages, endurance events, and repeated high-load driving conditions.
Stilo uses three shell sizes across the Venti WRC range so each helmet can maintain a more compact and proportional exterior profile. This approach helps prevent smaller sizes from being placed inside an unnecessarily large or heavy shell.
Integrated Stilo WRC Communication System
The Venti WRC ZERO is designed around Stilo’s integrated WRC intercom system. Noise-attenuating earmuffs surround the built-in speakers, helping isolate the driver or co-driver from engine, drivetrain, gravel, and cabin noise.
An adjustable magnetic dynamic noise-canceling microphone is mounted on a reshaped boom designed to improve voice clarity. The microphone position can be adjusted closer to or farther from the mouth to achieve clearer communication while reducing unwanted ambient sound.
This integrated design eliminates the need to install a separate headset inside the helmet, creating a cleaner fit and reducing interference between the communication equipment, helmet padding, and the wearer’s ears.
Wireless and Hard-Wired Intercom Compatibility
The helmet’s recessed side communication port is shaped to accept the Stilo WL wireless key, sold separately. Once installed, the wireless key follows the contour of the shell to help prevent interference with FHR straps and helmet hardware.
The integrated electronics are also compatible with traditional hard-wired Stilo DG and WRC-series amplifiers. This allows a competitor to use the same helmet in vehicles equipped with either Stilo wireless or conventional wired communication systems.
Driver-Focused Visibility and Ventilation
The redesigned shell and adjustable peak provide the visibility needed for constantly changing rally conditions. The peak can be raised or lowered to help manage low-angle sunlight, glare, and changing terrain without obstructing the driver’s forward view.
The Venti WRC ZERO is also compatible with Stilo short visors, sold separately, for competitors who want additional eye protection. Integrated top ventilation openings help reduce heat and moisture buildup and allow the helmet to be used with a compatible Stilo Top Air system.
Comfort for Long Rally Stages
Updated interior padding works with the helmet’s soft noise-attenuating earmuffs to create a secure and comfortable fit. Expanded-polystyrene cheek protection supports the sides of the face while preserving the acoustic isolation required for clear communication.
The combination of reduced shell weight, improved padding, sound insulation, and integrated electronics makes the Venti WRC ZERO especially well suited to drivers and co-drivers who remain helmeted for extended periods.

A Championship-Proven Rally Platform
The Venti platform represents the modern evolution of Stilo’s open-face rally helmet program. Its combination of integrated communication, advanced carbon construction, ergonomic fit, and professional-level protection has made it a trusted choice among championship-winning rally crews.
For competitors who prioritize every gram of equipment weight without sacrificing communication quality or FIA 8860 protection, the Stilo Venti WRC ZERO is the flagship choice within the Venti WRC range.
How to Measure for a Stilo Helmet
Use a soft measuring tape to measure around the largest circumference of your head. Position the tape approximately one inch above your eyebrows, pass it above your ears, and wrap it around the widest point at the back of your head.
Take the measurement two or three times and use the largest result. Compare the measurement in centimeters with the Stilo sizing chart. The helmet should feel evenly snug around the entire head without creating sharp or painful pressure points.
With the chin strap secured, the helmet should not rotate independently when moved from side to side. New helmet padding may relax slightly as it conforms to the wearer, so a new helmet should not begin with a loose fit.

The Sabelt Hero Superlight Women's TS-10 Driver Race Suit is a professional-level women’s racing suit designed for drivers who want ultra-lightweight comfort, modern protection, and a fit tailored specifically for female racers. Built with premium multi-layer Nomex materials, the TS-10 delivers FIA-approved safety without unnecessary bulk.
At only 265 g/m², the Hero Superlight TS-10 is one of the lightest women’s driver suits available. Its slim, ergonomic cut helps reduce excess material, while stretch panels in key movement zones improve flexibility and comfort in the cockpit.
Built Specifically For Women Racing Drivers
Unlike many race suits that simply resize a standard men’s pattern, the Sabelt Hero Superlight Women's TS-10 is tailored for a women-specific fit. The suit is shaped for comfort while seated in a race car, helping reduce bunching, restriction, and driver fatigue.
Pre-curved sleeves help maintain a natural driving position, while elastic stretch panels around the elbows, knees, and lumbar area provide added movement and ventilation during long sessions. The lower-profile collar helps reduce restriction around the neck, making the suit more comfortable during extended track time.
Lightweight Multi-Layer Nomex Protection
The TS-10 uses a three-layer fire-resistant construction designed to balance protection, comfort, and weight savings. The outer layer is made from an extremely light woven flame-resistant material, while the soft Nomex inner layer adds comfort against the body. A honeycomb middle layer provides insulation without adding unnecessary bulk.
For maximum lightness, this women’s racing suit does not use a waist belt. Instead, the clean slim-fitting design eliminates excess seams and unnecessary material. Even the accent stripes are printed to help save weight.

Sparco Futura Race Gloves
$247.00
Sparco Futura Racing Gloves
The Sparco Futura Racing Gloves combine certified fire-resistant protection, dependable steering-wheel grip, and Sparco Full Efficiency regenerated fabric technology. Designed for competitive auto racing, the Futura offers a comfortable anatomical fit with breathable construction and hybrid finger stitching.
The fingers use a combination of internal and external seams to balance durability with interior comfort. A printed silicone palm provides secure steering-wheel traction while preserving the sensitivity and dexterity required for precise vehicle control.
Available in four colorways and sizes 8 through 13, the Sparco Futura is approved to FIA 8856-2018 and SFI 3.3/5 standards.
Sparco Full Efficiency Regenerated Fabric
The Sparco Futura is constructed with Sparco Full Efficiency fabric, a regenerated textile technology developed to reduce manufacturing waste while maintaining the performance required for motorsport use.
Excess textile material that would normally be discarded is recovered and processed into regenerated fibers. Sparco then uses proprietary spinning and weaving techniques to create new racing apparel materials within a more controlled production cycle.
The Full Efficiency program targets a minimum of 51 percent regenerated material within applicable production while preserving the comfort, protection, and durability expected from Sparco racing equipment.
Breathable Upper Construction
A breathable upper helps manage heat and moisture inside the glove during demanding driving sessions. The flexible construction allows the glove to move naturally as the driver grips and releases the steering wheel.
This combination of airflow and flexibility helps improve comfort during qualifying laps, sprint races, endurance events, and extended track sessions.
Hybrid Finger Stitching
The Sparco Futura uses hybrid finger stitching that combines internal and external seams. External stitching is placed in areas where interior seam pressure could affect comfort, while internal stitching helps protect selected seams from abrasion and wear.
This construction creates a close, responsive fit while helping reduce pressure points around the fingers during prolonged steering-wheel contact.
Printed Silicone Palm Grip
Printed silicone across the palm provides dependable traction against the steering wheel. The low-profile grip surface improves control without adding unnecessary thickness between the driver's hands and the wheel.
Enhanced palm traction allows the driver to maintain control with less gripping pressure, which can help reduce hand fatigue during longer races and repeated driving sessions.
Anatomical Racing Fit
The Sparco Futura follows the natural shape of the hand for a close, ergonomic fit. Its streamlined construction reduces excess material while supporting the dexterity needed to operate paddle shifters, steering-wheel buttons, switches, and other cockpit controls.
FIA and SFI-Approved Protection
The Sparco Futura Racing Gloves are approved to FIA 8856-2018 and SFI 3.3/5 standards. These certifications make them suitable for many professional, amateur, club-level, endurance, rally, and road-racing applications.

The Stilo Naked Helmet With Zero Compromises
The Stilo Helmets ST5 FN ZERO 8860-2018 Carbon Helmet is built for professional racers who demand elite protection, extremely low weight, and a clean Formula Naked shell design. Engineered to meet the strict FIA 8860-2018 standard, this helmet is designed for top-level motorsport applications where safety, visibility, and weight reduction all matter.
The ZERO version sits at the top of Stilo’s lightweight ST5 lineup, using an advanced carbon fiber construction to reduce driver fatigue while maintaining the protection expected from an FIA 8860-certified racing helmet. For drivers looking for a serious competition helmet without unnecessary bulk, the ST5 FN ZERO delivers exactly that.
Ultra-Light Carbon Construction for Serious Racers
The Stilo ST5 FN ZERO 8860-2018 is designed to be one of the lightest carbon fiber racing helmets in the ST5 range. The FN, or Formula Naked, layout removes the integrated side ports found on the Stilo ST5 GT ZERO 8860-2018 Carbon Helmet, giving it a cleaner, more streamlined shell while still allowing compatibility with select electronics, top forced air, and helmet eject system setups.
Stilo’s integrated mounting and routing design helps keep add-on systems tidy and low-profile. When those accessories are not installed, the helmet retains a smooth, uncluttered shape with nothing protruding or hanging into the cockpit.
Increased Visibility Is Increased Safety
The Stilo ST5 FN ZERO 8860-2018 features a taller, lower-positioned eyeport designed to improve outward visibility without compromising protection. That expanded field of view is especially valuable in fast-paced race environments where better sightlines can help the driver stay more aware of traffic, apexes, and track conditions.
Each ST5 visor uses a center pinch-clip design that makes opening and closing the shield easier, even while wearing Nomex racing gloves.

The Stilo ST5 GT ZERO 8860-2018 Carbon Helmet is one of Stilo's most advanced ST5-generation full-face racing helmets, combining an exceptionally lightweight ZERO carbon fiber shell with FIA 8860-2018 protection, integrated accessory ports, excellent visibility, and a design developed specifically for serious closed-cockpit competition.
Built for professional racers and drivers who refuse to compromise on helmet weight or protection, the ST5 GT ZERO delivers the premium construction, comfort, and equipment integration that made the ST5 platform a favorite in GT, endurance, touring-car, and sports-car racing.
FIA 8860-2018 Advanced Helmet Protection
The ST5 GT ZERO is homologated to the FIA 8860-2018 advanced helmet standard. This high-level motorsport specification places demanding requirements on impact protection, shell strength, energy absorption, and penetration resistance.
For racers competing in high-speed professional motorsport, FIA 8860-2018 construction provides a significant step above conventional club-level helmet specifications.
Stilo ZERO Carbon Fiber Construction
The defining feature of the ST5 GT ZERO is its extremely lightweight ZERO carbon fiber shell. Stilo developed the ZERO construction for racers looking to reduce helmet mass as much as possible while retaining FIA 8860-level protection.
Lower helmet weight can reduce strain on the driver's head and neck during heavy braking, high lateral loads, long endurance stints, and extended race sessions.
ST5 GT ZERO Helmet Weight
Small shell: approximately 2.5 lbs. (1130 g) up to size 59 with intercom
Large shell: approximately 2.7 lbs. (1230 g) up to size 64 with intercom
These exceptionally low weights make the ST5 GT ZERO a premium option for racers who place a high priority on reducing helmet mass.
Purpose-Built for Closed-Cockpit Racing
The GT configuration is designed around the needs of drivers competing inside closed-cockpit race cars. Its aerodynamic shell, integrated accessory ports, ventilation capability, communication compatibility, and excellent eyeport visibility make it particularly well suited to GT, endurance, touring-car, prototype, and sports-car racing.
Dual Integrated Side Ports
One of the ST5 GT's most distinctive features is its pair of integrated side ports. Instead of attaching large external fittings to the helmet, Stilo incorporates the accessory connection points directly into the shell design.
The side ports can be configured for several types of driver equipment, allowing the helmet to be tailored to the car and racing application.
Side Port Accessory Options
Integrated communication electronics
Forced-air helmet systems
Driver hydration systems
Helmet Eject system integration
Radio and communication connections
When an accessory is not installed, the ports remain discreet and integrated into the helmet profile.
GT vs. Naked ST5 ZERO
The ST5 GT ZERO includes Stilo's multifunction side ports for electronics, air, hydration, and other accessories.
The ST5 N ZERO, often referred to as the Naked version, removes the side-port system for drivers who prefer the cleanest and simplest possible shell configuration.
Larger Eyeport for Improved Visibility
The ST5 platform features a taller and lower eyeport than previous-generation Stilo helmets, providing improved visibility without sacrificing the coverage expected from a professional full-face racing helmet.
The increased viewing area helps drivers see more of the cockpit, mirrors, gauges, apexes, surrounding traffic, and track environment.
Center Pinch-Clip Visor Latch
The ST5 visor uses Stilo's convenient center pinch-clip locking system. The centrally positioned latch is designed to make visor opening and closing easier, even while the driver is wearing racing gloves.
This placement also allows the visor to be operated naturally with either hand.
ST5 Visor Compatibility
The ST5 GT ZERO uses the standard Stilo ST5 visor family, giving racers access to a wide variety of shield options for different lighting and weather conditions.
Available ST5 shield options include clear, smoked, mirrored, colored, and other specialty configurations.
Eight Top Ventilation Openings
The ST5 GT ZERO includes eight top ventilation openings designed to help move cooling air through the helmet and reduce heat buildup during demanding sessions.
These openings can also be used with compatible Stilo ST5 Top Air systems when forced-air cooling is desired.
Forced-Air System Compatible
For hot closed-cockpit cars, the ST5 GT ZERO can be configured with a compatible forced-air system. The helmet's integrated design allows air-system hardware to be added without turning the helmet into a bulky collection of external fittings.
This makes the GT ZERO especially attractive for endurance racers and drivers competing in high-temperature cockpits.
Integrated Communication Capability
The ST5 GT platform was designed to accommodate professional racing communications. Compatible microphones, speakers, earbuds, radio connections, and other electronics can be integrated into the helmet depending on the driver's communication system.
This approach helps keep wiring organized while maintaining the comfort and fit of the interior.
Hydration System Compatible
The ST5 GT ZERO can also accommodate a compatible driver drinking system through its integrated accessory architecture.
For endurance racing and long sessions, hydration-system integration allows the driver to drink without removing safety equipment or relying on awkward external routing.
Eject System Compatible
The helmet can be configured for use with a compatible Eject helmet-removal system, providing teams and safety crews with another option when preparing the driver's complete safety package.
Factory HANS Anchors Included
The ST5 GT ZERO includes HANS/FHR post anchors, allowing the helmet to be used with compatible Head and Neck Restraint systems.
Having the anchors installed as part of the helmet package simplifies race preparation and ensures the helmet is ready for the restraint equipment commonly required in professional motorsport.
Contoured ST5 Cheek Pads
The ST5 interior uses redesigned, contoured cheek pads developed to improve comfort and helmet stability.
A proper racing helmet should remain firmly positioned on the head during braking, cornering, vibration, and aerodynamic loading without creating excessive localized pressure.

Why Choose the ST5 GT ZERO?
The ST5 GT ZERO is built for the racer who wants the integrated functionality of the ST5 GT platform without giving up the weight advantage of Stilo's ZERO carbon construction.
Its combination of FIA 8860-2018 protection, low shell weight, integrated communication and cooling options, excellent visibility, and HANS compatibility makes it especially well suited to demanding GT and endurance applications.
Getting the Correct Stilo Fit
A properly fitted racing helmet should feel snug and secure around the entire head with even pressure and no concentrated painful areas.
Measure around the widest part of the head using a flexible measuring tape, approximately one inch above the eyebrows and around the rear of the skull. Take two or three measurements and use the largest consistent measurement when selecting a helmet size.
Drivers moving from another helmet brand should select their Stilo size according to actual head circumference rather than assuming the same numerical size will fit identically.
Stilo Size 59 Fit Note
We have found that customers who normally wear a size 59 in other helmet brands are often more comfortable in a Stilo size 60, which moves the driver into the larger shell. Please measure carefully and order accordingly.

Arai's helmet design philosophy emphasizes a smooth, rounded shell that can help redirect energy by allowing the helmet to glance away from an obstacle rather than unnecessarily catching against it.
On the GP-7SRC, the shield pivot hardware has been repositioned lower on the shell, increasing the smooth shell area above the eyeport. The pivot system uses a one-piece track slider with T20 Torx adjustment hardware. :contentReference
Advanced GP-7 Ventilation
The GP-7SRC uses three large closeable intake vents, larger 10mm ventilation openings, and two additional center exhaust vents to move more air through the helmet.
A redesigned rear exhaust cowling helps hot air escape while also improving aerodynamic performance. This increased airflow is especially valuable during long sessions in enclosed race cars where cockpit temperatures can climb quickly. :contentReference
Positive Shield Latch
Arai's positive shield latch provides secure visor closure while still allowing normal shield operation. Rather than functioning as a separate add-on, the latch is engineered as an integrated component of the GP-7 shield system. :contentReference
FCS Cheek Pads for a Secure Racing Fit

ABP is an acronym for "Advanced Ballistic Protection". The ABP replaces the zylon panel required by FIA in the previous generation (FIA 8860-2010) helmets, integrating stronger protection into the front of the helmet shell. A brand new testing procedure was introduced to evaluate this area, based on military ballistic specifications with a projectile shot at 250 km/h. The Stilo ST5 FN ABP was the first helmet to be certified to this new standard, offering a higher safety degree while maintaining dimensions and weight.
The Stilo ST5 FN 8860-2018 ABP is among the lightest carbon fiber racing helmets on the market. While it lacks the side ports of the Stilo ST5 GT 8860-2018 Carbon Fiber Helmet, it can still be outfitted with electronics, top forced air, and a helmet eject system. Thanks to an innovative design incorporating mounting and routing for these options, integration is sleek and seamless with nothing protruding, hanging down, or otherwise getting in the way. When not in use, you don't even know they're there.
Looking for increased visibility? The Stilo Helmets ST5 FN ZERO 8860-2018 has a taller and lower-placed eyeport, giving you better visibility while not compromising your safety. Every Stilo visor has a center pinch-clip to make opening and closing easy, even while wearing nomex racing gloves.
