Forgeline's GF3 Open Lug is based upon the popular GF3 wheel, but has significant material machined from the center area for additional weight reduction, improved access to the lug nuts, and an extra-aggressive look. This street-friendly Performance Series variant utilizes a redesigned hub center and includes a unique specially-engineered tall center cap (with “Forgeline Motorsport” engraving) to cover the hub spindle and protect it from the elements.
The Forgeline GF3 Open Lug is a gorgeous custom made-to-order 3-piece performance wheel with a classic 5-spoke design that was engineered for serious track duty with a 2100 lb. (per wheel) static load rating! The GF3 Open Lug features Forgeline's “I-beamed” spoke technology to reduce weight while adding strength and rigidity and hidden ARP assembly hardware for a smooth clean appearance and faster/easier wheel cleaning. Plus the design of the center allows plenty of room for caliper clearance and extreme brake fitment.
The GF3 Open Lug is produced from precision-machined forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers combined with heat-treated rim shells. And just like any Forgeline wheel, the GF3 Open Lug offers fully-customizable fitment and finish, including center-lock applications.
NOW AVAILABLE with a stepped lip in 18-inch, 19-inch, and 20-inch sizes. This wheel is also available in a reverse deep lip/flat lip in 18-inch and 19-inch sizes.

Based on our extremely successful GS1R wheels (which was originally designed for professional racing teams competing in the IMSA Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge Grand Sport (GS) class), the Forgeline GS1R combines the latest in advanced wheel technology, including one piece forged monoblock construction, motorsport engineered design, and I-beamed spokes. And just like the GS1R, the GS1R is engineered to withstand the rigors of top-level endurance racing with a 2100 lb street tire load rating and exceptional deflection stiffness.
Though made from the same forgings and similar design as our race-winning GS1R (including the distinctive smooth chamfered outer edge), the GS1 forgoes the GS1R’s aggressive open-lug center area for a more traditional (perhaps “gentlemanly”) center design that accommodates our standard press-in aluminum center cap.
The GS1R is machined from a single forging of 6061-T6 aluminum. It is currently available in 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22-inch diameters with a range of widths and offsets. And just like any Forgeline wheel, the GS1 is available with fully customizable finish options.

The Forgeline GT1 5-Lug is a fully-forged one-piece monoblock wheel that is manufactured using technology similar to our very successful GA1R wheel. The GT1 5-Lug's concave 10-spoke design includes extra long spokes that extend beyond the hidden lug holes while allowing plenty of room for caliper clearance and extreme brake fitment. The one-piece monoblock forging and computer-simulated FEA design process yield a wheel that is very lightweight, extremely stiff, and has excellent fatigue strength.

The GT3C Concave combines the race-bred styling from the GTD1 monoblock competition wheel (designed for teams competing in the IMSA United SportsCar Tudor Championship GTD class) with the fitment flexibility and deep-dish appearance of a three piece modular wheel. The GT3C is a ten-spoke wheel with a concave profile, long evenly-spaced I-beamed spokes, and “hidden” lug holes.
Like all Forgeline Concave Series wheels, the GT3C locates the pad inboard of the outer rim to deliver depth and scale within the wheel center for a modern muscular look. Available in both deep concave profiles (for the most striking appearance) and shallow concave profiles (to create a staggered look or to accommodate narrow widths or higher-offset applications), these 3-piece wheels are assembled with American-made stainless-steel ARP fasteners in your choice of exposed through-bolt or hidden bolts with Heli-Coil inserts.
The GT3C is a custom made-to-order three-piece wheel that is produced from forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers with heat-treated rim-shells. And just like any Forgeline wheel, the GT3C is fully customizable in fitment and finish. (Note: The GT3C is NOT available in center lock applications.)

Designed for professional racing teams competing in the United Sportscar TUDOR GT Daytona (GTD) class, the Forgeline GTD1 combines the latest in advanced wheel technology, including one piece forged monoblock construction, motorsport engineered design, I-beamed spokes & spoke spans, and knurled bead seats. This wheel is engineered to withstand the rigors of top-level endurance racing, delivering uncompromising strength and exceptional deflection stiffness.
The GTD1's original configuration includes a special center lock to accommodate the Porsche Cup Car and RSR hub assembly, but it can also be engineered to fit other center lock hub assemblies as well as select 5-lug and 6-lug applications. The GTD1 is machined from a single forging of 6061-T6 aluminum.
The GTD1 is currently available only in 18-inch diameters in limited widths and offsets. And just like any Forgeline wheel, the GTD1 is available with fully customizable finish options.

This knowledge has been applied to our latest competition wheel - the GW3R.The Forgeline GW3R is an attractive contemporary premium 3-piece performance racing wheel featuring our "I-Beamed" spoke technology to reduce weight while adding strength and rigidity. It uses hidden ARP stainless steel assembly hardware for a smooth clean appearance and faster/easier wheel cleaning. Plus the design of the center allows plenty of room for caliper clearance and extreme brake fitment. Visible through-bolts are an option on this wheel, for those who prefer the look of the assembly hardware. The GW3R is designed for racing. It is engineered with a 1900 lb. street-tire load rating to ensure strength and integrity, even when subjected to the massive loads encountered when used with the stickiest race tires.
