Girodisc D1-154 Porsche 410mm Front Replacement Ring FAQs

Can these be used with OEM Porsche carbon-ceramic hardware? No. The D1-154 rings are specifically for Girodisc iron conversion hats and cannot mount to PCCB carbon-ceramic assemblies.

What pad compounds work best with these rotors? For dual street/track use, Pagid RS29 or Ferodo DS1.11 are recommended. For daily use, choose low-dust compounds like Ferodo DS2500 or Hawk HPS 5.0.

What torque should I apply to the hardware bolts? Torque each bolt to 12 ft-lbs (16 Nm) using blue Loctite. After one full heat cycle, verify all fasteners are secure.

Are these rotors directional? Yes. Each rotor is marked for left or right installation. Follow the rotation arrows to ensure proper airflow through the curved vane structure for optimal cooling.

Upgrade your Porsche’s braking confidence with Girodisc D1-154 410mm front replacement rings — precision-crafted for heat control, consistency, and race-proven performance lap after lap.
