Girodisc D1-032 Porsche 350 mm Front Replacement Ring FAQs

Will these fit OEM Porsche rotor hats? No. These rings are engineered specifically for Girodisc aluminum hats and cannot be used with factory one-piece rotors.

What pad compounds work best with these rotors? For street and spirited use, Ferodo DS2500 or Hawk HPS 5.0 are ideal. For track days, Pagid RS29 or Carbotech XP12 deliver exceptional fade control and braking stability.

Are these rotors directional? Yes. Each rotor is clearly marked left and right to ensure the internal curved vanes flow air through the rotor for optimal cooling.

How should the hardware be torqued? Tighten each bolt to 12 ft-lbs (16 Nm) using blue Loctite. Recheck torque after one full heat cycle to confirm proper float and hardware security.

Upgrade your Porsche’s braking system with Girodisc D1-032 350 mm front replacement rings — precision-built for heat management, durability, and track-ready stopping power.
