Full Carbon Fiber Shell
Every Schuberth SP1 Evo Carbon is built around an exclusive autoclave-cured carbon fiber shell. The helmets are produced in Schuberth's motorsport facility in Italy using manufacturing techniques developed through decades of experience supplying helmets for Formula 1 and other professional racing series.
The result is a lightweight, rigid shell with the premium finish and attention to detail expected from Schuberth Performance.

Wind-Tunnel Developed Aerodynamics
Schuberth developed the SP1 platform through extensive wind-tunnel testing to achieve excellent aerodynamic stability and airflow at racing speeds. The helmet can also be configured with optional aerodynamic spoilers and ventilation scoops, allowing drivers to tailor the helmet for different cockpit configurations and racing disciplines.
12-Channel Ventilation System
The SP1 Evo incorporates 12 ventilation channels throughout the helmet shell and EPS liner. These channels are engineered to draw cooler air into the helmet while directing warm air outward, helping maintain airflow and driver comfort during demanding track sessions.
Optional ventilation scoops and air-intake accessories allow the airflow system to be further configured for specific racing environments.
3mm 3D-Injected Racing Visor
The Schuberth SP1 Evo uses a 3mm-thick 3D-injected visor derived from Schuberth's Formula 1 experience. The visor is engineered for excellent optical clarity and is available in multiple clear, tinted, mirrored and multilayer finishes.
A Pinlock 120 anti-fog lens helps maintain visibility in changing temperatures and humid conditions, while external tear-off posts allow the use of racing tear-offs.
Schuberth Dual Locking Visor System
The SP1 Evo introduces Schuberth's SDL Dual Locking visor system. The revised mechanism is designed for easier operation while maintaining a secure visor closure under racing conditions.
The system allows the visor to be securely positioned while giving the driver practical control over ventilation and visor operation even while wearing racing gloves.
Communication System Ready
The Schuberth SP1 Evo is designed for easy integration of professional racing communication systems. Dedicated cable channels inside the cheek pads allow wiring to be routed cleanly without creating uncomfortable pressure points.
Optional plug-and-play communication configurations are available, including ear-cup speakers, 3.5mm connections for earbuds, integrated microphones and boom microphone configurations.
