Simpson Shock Doctor Helmet Eject Device from $60.00
Shock Doctor Eject Helps reduce the risk of post-crash neck and spine injuries! The Shock Doctor Eject emergency helmet removal system consists of a small inflatable bag worn inside the helmet. In the event of an incident, safety workers or EMTs inflate the bag, which safely pulls your helmet off without placing any strain on the neck. The bag weighs about one ounce and will not affect the fit of your helmet. Required by AMA, IRL, and IMSA.
Simpson Equipment Sterilizer and Dryer uses ozone to disinfect sweaty racing gear.
Simpson Simpson Equipment Sterilizer and Dryer $164.95
Simpson Equipment Sterilizer and Dryer The Best Way to Keep Your Helmet Gloves and Shoes Fresh and Dry Simpson’s newest antibacterial multi-equipment dryer circulates air in a temperature controlled environment to safely dry helmets, gloves, and footwear. It’s hard to put that wet smelly helmet back on your head. What’s happening to your expensive equipment? The truth is cheek pads and liners degrade over time from perspiration and bacteria. Keep your equipment in peak condition longer by stopping mold and mildew before it starts. You can focus on your driving or riding and quickly refresh between events. Simpson Equipment Sterilizer and Dryer Features: Disinfects & sanitizes Anti-bacterial to eliminate odors and control bacteria growth Temperature and timer settings Simple design easily accommodates multiple styles and sizes of equipment1 Dual dryer ports 110 volt operation A Note Regarding Ozone Ozone is widely used for sterilization. The Simpson Equipment Sterilizer and Dryer generates ozone using the corona discharge method. It is a pale blue gas with a distinctively pungent smell, detectable by many people at concentrations as low as 0.01 ppm in air. Ozone is formed naturally from diatomic oxygen by electric discharge or exposure to ultraviolet radiation. Ozone is a powerful oxidant and has many industrial and consumer applications related to oxidation. It's used to deodorize air, purify water, disinfect kitchen tools and treat industrial waste. This same oxidizing property, however, can cause ozone to damage mucous and respiratory tissues. Therefore, for safety and comfort purposes, we recommend using the Simpson Equipment Sterilizer and Dryer only in a space with adequate ventilation. We also recommend staying away from it while it is disinfecting gear with ozone. 1 Helmet, gloves, and shoes pictured are not included. They are shown for illustrative purposes only.

Simpson Simpson Hybrid S 3-Point FIA Head and Neck Restraint $1,152.95 $1,282.00
Simpson Hybrid S 3-Point Head and Neck Restraint CMS only carries this device with standard HANS post anchors as they're lightweight and easy to attach/detach. The Hybrid S Head Restraint is FIA and SFI approved (when worn with a multi-point harness system) and is tested and shown to be compatible with 3-point harnesses used by Car Club enthusiasts and High Performance Driving Experiences. This allows Driving Instructors, Auto Manufacturing Test Engineers, and others in cars with 3-point harnesses to have added protection. We are pleased to offer this great option for increased protection to this sector of the market. Bear in mind, however, that on a racetrack the best protection we believe is a Full-Containment Cockpit System that includes a full containment seat, Snell SA2015 or FIA 8860 rated helmet, FIA or SFI approved head restraint, and 6- or 7-point racing harness system. OPTIONS: Select your size based on the size chart CMS only carries this device with standard HANS post anchor clips as they're lightweight and easy to attach/detach FEATURES: FIA and SFI Approved with 5-, 6- and 7-point harness systems FMVSS Tested for use with 3-point OEM belt system High quality carbon fiber construction Low profile, no high back to hook on the roll bars, etc. in emergency exit Multiple load paths to dissipate head loads Buckle attachment in front, no bulky straps underneath INSTALLATION: To use a Hybrid S with a 3-point seat belt system, the SAS (Seatbelt Anchoring System) is not used. (The SAS strap anchor loops hook into the buckle of a 5-, 6- or 7-point racing harness.) Have the wearer put on the Hybrid S and get into the driver's seat. Follow the instructions on fitting the device to the wearer. Engage the 3-point seat belt and sit in the normal driving position. Have a helper apply gentle pressure to the top of the device, keeping the device stable during tether adjustment. The device should be in a comfortable position behind the driver’s back, against the seat cushion. With the helper holding the device and the driver looking straight forward, hold the triangulated tether up to the anchors on the driver’s helmet. Adjust the side tethers so that the end fitting can be easily inserted into the helmet anchor without pulling down on the helmet. A comfortable adjustment on the side tether is to have about ¼” of slack in the tethers. With the helper still holding the device down and the driver looking straight ahead, adjust the rear tethers so that there is ½” to 1” of slack. Test the amount of head movement by moving the head straight forward. The driver should have 1” to 2” of forward head movement before the slack is taken out of the tether. Remember when checking this not to rotate the head down; translate it straight forward. This should allow for plenty of head movement on track. AIRBAG USE WITH HYBRID S: No one should unhook or disable the airbag system installed by the auto manufacturer or their authorized installer. Outside experts in Detroit have confirmed this and require their test engineers to use the Hybrid S in conjunction with the airbag in a 3-point system. Simpson agrees that the airbag and Hybrid S work together to increase protection in frontal crashes.
