To measure your head, use a soft measuring tape and measure around the largest part of your head, starting about one inch above your eyebrows and wrapping around the back of your head. Getting The Best Fit for Your Arai GP-7SRC Carbon

To measure your head, have an assistant use a dressmaker's tape or a piece of string to measure the circumference of your head.
