The Forgeline RS3 Heritage Series wheel pays homage to their very first wheel design, the classic Forgeline RS of the 1990s. It has been reborn here as a modern 3-piece wheel with updated engineering and manufacturing technology. A traditional five-spoke design with tapered spokes, smooth edges, and flowing organic lines, the RS3 is muscular yet sophisticated.
The RS3 is built with true forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers, aircraft-quality ARP stainless steel fasteners (your choice of exposed or hidden), and heat-treated rim sections. The RS3 is available with a stepped lip outer in 18-inch and 19-inch fitments and features a standard powder coated center finish with a polished outer rim. But since each wheel is custom built-to-order, we can also offer special features like custom offsets, center locking hubs, and a large choice of finish combinations.

Forgeline RS5
The Forgeline RS5 wheel is all about old school cool, but with a modern twist. Designed in collaboration with Roadster Shop, the Forgeline RS5 offers a retro 5-spoke design reminiscent of the iconic 1960s mag wheel, including the period-matching machined bolt-on “flat cap” center cap to complete the vintage vibe.
The RS5 is a custom, made-to-order, three-piece wheel produced from forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers with heat-treated rim-shells and American-made stainless-steel ARP fasteners. Just like any Forgeline wheel, the RS5 is fully customizable in fitment and finish. The RS5 is available with a flat lip reverse outer in 18″, 19″, and 20″ fitments and features a standard powder coated center finish with a polished outer rim.

The RS6 Centerlock wheel is a unique retro-look six-spoke wheel with a shallow concave profile and stepped-lip outer that is available exclusively for center lock applications. It was originally developed by Forgeline to debut on an award-winning ’64 Corvette Coupe project commissioned by Barry Blomquist.
The RS6 is a custom made-to-order three-piece wheel that is produced from forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers with heat-treated rim-shells and American-made stainless-steel ARP fasteners (in your choice of exposed through-bolt or hidden bolts with Heli-Coil inserts). And just like any Forgeline wheel, the RS6 is fully customizable in fitment and finish. (Note: The RS6 is ONLY available in center lock applications.)

The Forgeline SC1 is a fully-forged one-piece monoblock wheel. Utilizing manufacturing technology similar to our very successful GA1R wheel, the concave split 5-spoke design of the SC1 looks great and allows plenty of room for caliper clearance and extreme brake fitment. The one-piece monoblock forging and computer-simulated FEA design process yield a wheel that is lightweight, extremely stiff, and has excellent fatigue strength.
The SC1 is machined from a single forging of 6061-T6 aluminum. It is currently available in 18, 19, 20, and 21-inch diameters with a range of widths and offsets. (Please Note: Depending on size, the SC1 may be available in deep, medium, or shallow concave profiles. See sizing chart for details.) And just like any Forgeline wheel, the SC1 is available with fully customizable finish options.
The SC1 is also available for limited applications in Deep Cap (DC) and Extra Deep Cap (EDC) profiles. These Deep Cap profiles employ unique in-house lathe turnings that allow us to position the center cap deep within the center of the wheel and create an exaggerated extra-aggressive concave look. This option is an excellent choice for select vehicles including the BMW M3, Nissan GT-R, ZL1 Camaro, C6 Z06 Corvette (rear only), and certain Porsche models (rear only).

This wheel was first launched back in 2006, and though it was a popular design, it was available only in limited sizes. So in the spirit of the Heritage Series, Forgeline re-launched the TA3 here in a greater range of sizes.

Vehicle Tailored Fitments
Custom made-to-order means that Forgeline engineers and builds every set of forged wheels one-at-a-time from scratch for each individual customer and each unique vehicle application. Forgeline Custom Wheel Finishing
Every Forgeline forged wheel is custom finished in-house at their Dayton, Ohio, manufacturing facility. This resource-intensive process starts with a painstaking hand-grinding, sanding, and inspection process and concludes with a high-quality, hand-applied powder coat that is more consistent & more durable than what's possible with a mass-produced alternative. Virtually any color is possible, including a large selection of in-stock colors.
