The Paragon Everest Helmet Cooling Insert can be used on its own, but it is especially effective when paired with Paragon Cooling Water Shirt and a Viking System or Arctic Bag System (each sold separately). Using a Paragon Guardian Y-Hose, this allows you to circulate ice-chilled water over the wearer's head and torso, keeping you comfortable and focused especially during those hot, late laps when heat fatigue can easily set in.
