D1-047 Girodisc 350x32mm Front Ring FAQs

Do these fit OEM rotor hats? No. These are designed only for Girodisc aluminum hats and are not compatible with OEM cast or carbon-ceramic assemblies.

Which brake pads are recommended? For street and performance driving, Ferodo DS2500 or Hawk HPS 5.0 are ideal. For heavy track use, Pagid RS29 or Carbotech XP10 pads provide optimal bite and temperature stability.

Do these need to be bedded in? Yes. Perform 8–10 moderate stops from 60 mph to evenly transfer pad material to the rotor surface and ensure consistent friction performance.

What torque should be used on the mounting bolts? Torque each bolt to 12 ft-lbs (16 Nm) with blue Loctite. Recheck after one heat cycle for proper float and secure installation.

Renew your braking system’s precision and power with Girodisc D1-047 350x32mm front replacement rings — engineered for control, cooling, and reliability on street or circuit.
