Compliant with the latest FIA Standard 8856-2018, the Alpinestars GP Race v2 has an athletic/regular fit and a three-layer construction. One layer is aramidic twill and two layers are an aramidic base knit. This combination offers a 5% increase in breathability while still maintaining its light weight at just 400 g/m2.
The Alpinestars GP Race v2 also incorporates knitted stretch panels on the armholes and crotch areas, along with a larger, longer back stretch panel to really aid driver flexibility and range of motion. The Sparco helmet line is a result of over 40 years of research and development experience, including wind tunnel testing. The new SPARCO AIR PRO RF-5W range was designed to meet the requirements of the new Snell SA2020 and FIA 8859 ratings. The 2020 type-approval introduces new impact requirements, the helmets need to dissipate large amounts of energy in different ways. To meet these requirements Sparco is introducing new innovations for driver safety and comfort. All shells now have layers of carbon-Kevlar for greater strength. The helmets have also been wind-tunnel tested to maximize exterior vent placement and flow. The EPS interiors and padding have also been redesigned for increased airflow and driver comfort. Sparco also introduces a new size: Medium/Large. This M/L size takes advantage of using the smaller shell which is lighter and more compact.

Start at a point about an inch above your eyebrows, looping around the back of your head at the point that results in the largest measurement, and finally around to the front again. Three times as breathable as a traditional multi-layered racing suit, 360º fully-floating arm gussets on the Sparco Extrema S are combined with a stretchable mesh back panel for maximum flexibility and comfort. How Does Sparco Hocotex® Work?
Racing suits are traditionally constructed using multiple layers of fabric sewn together with an embroidered quilted pattern. This quilting creates air pockets between the layers which expand when exposed to extreme heat and flames, creating a thermal protection barrier for the driver. Sparco Hocotex® uses a honeycomb structure with over 60,000 internal air cells, compared to 300 quilted chambers in a traditional suit. The result is a 10% to 12% increase in protection from heat versus the traditional quilting method.

The OMP Tecnica Hybrid is professional, high-spec, two-layer racing suit benefiting from traditional Nomex flame-retardant material paired with high tech printed inserts and additional embroidered details. The external layer of the OMP Tecnica Hybrid is a satin Nomex material giving the suit a modern look while the inner layer is soft knit Nomex for high levels of comfort. Floating sleeves with elastic bellows and a knitted elastic insert on the back give the driver maximum freedom of movement. The Arai Auto Racing GP-5W SA2020 Helmet is perfect for stock car, sedan, and rally drivers. The GP-5W Helmet is a favorite because of its wider, 90mm (approx 3.5” top to bottom) eye port opening. The GP-5W uses its own exclusive shield with this larger opening.
The Arai GP-5W is Snell SA2020 certified with M6 washer/nuts installed at the factory. Alpinestars Atom Graphic Driver Race Suit (Boot Cuff)
The Alpinestars Atom race suit has a two-layer construction with a soft, knitted liner for optimum levels of protection and driver comfort. With a twill outer shell for heat- and flame-protection and aramid lining for comfort and breathability, this suit is equipped with fully-floating arm construction, pre-curved arms and legs, and stretch panels on the crotch area, back, and waist for an optimized fit.
Note: This SFI-approved race suit has boot-cut leg cuffs.

The Sparco Futura race suit is the first racing fire suit in the world that is constructed with Sparco Full Efficiency technology. The Futura is made with 70% of Full Efficiency regenerated fabric. The mid liner, inner liner as well as the epaulets, arm and knee reinforcements are made with Full Efficiency regenerated fabric. The Futura race suit offers tremendous fire protection, style and comfort. It has pre-curved full floating sleeves and large rear stretch panel for mobility and comfort in the driving position.
The Sparco Futura race suit is available in four colorways and in sizes EU48 through EU66. FIA 8856-2018 approved.
