To measure your head, have an assistant use a dressmaker's tape or a piece of string to measure the circumference of your head. Start at a point about an inch above your eyebrows, looping around the back of your head at the point that results in the largest measurement, and finally around to the front again. Schroth Profi II ASM FE Harness The Safe, Street Legal 4 Point Harness The Profi II ASM FE is essentially the same as the Profi II ASM, except it features a Push-Button cam lock. The red push button that says "Press" is necessary to retain street legality and so an EMT who shows up at an accident scene will know how to release your restraint. The FE version also features sewn in, bendable bolt-in tabs for the lap belt attachments, for use in applications where space is limited. It's designed to be used as a four point system, perfect for use in Driver Education cars or any other application where stock seats are retained. (A seat that was not originally designed for a sub strap should never be modified to accept one.) Legendary Anti-Submarine Technology The Profi II ASM incorporates Schroth's legendary ASM (Anti-Submarine) technology that is the only thing like it on the market. ASM is an extra fold of material sewn into the right shoulder belt that elongates at a different rate than the outboard belt. This allows your upper torso to twist slightly. On the rebound phase, your torso is planted firmly back in the seat rather than allowed to slide under the lap belt. You can add a single or dual sub strap to make this belt into a 5 point or 6 point at any time. Schroth tested this harness with a HANS device and the results were great. You can use a 4 point ASM Harness with any HANS device. The lap belts provided with this harness are only available with bolt-in hardware (it's sewn in) as they are most commonly needed in setups requiring street legality. PFC Front Slotted Replacement Disc V3 Porsche 992 GT3 Cup/718 GT4 RS Clubsport Dimensions: 380mm diameter, 34mm thickness Brake disc only, does not include brake hat (fits on OEM hat). Not for use in official Porsche Carrera Cup championships. PFC has released their new V3 disc and hat technology. This advanced design features a patented attachment mechanism using a retention ring to hold the hat and disc together. This eliminates the need for torque wrenches, giving you a no-hassle solution to the need for a quick, efficient disc replacement. In addition to being convenient, PFC's new V3 technology is much lighter than previous designs, reducing unsprung weight on your car. This V3 disc retention method is based on the use of a two- or three-turn retaining ring, which is held in a groove in the hat that overlaps the disc flanges – effectively locking the disc to the hat. PFC V3 Disc Features: Reduced mass on disc connecting flanges, which reduces thermal distortion (more specifically, coning) at race temperatures. Reduced coning allows the pads to sit flatter on the disc, which better utilizes the available radial depth. There is better pad force distribution and the brakes will run cooler, reducing hot spots on the disc. This will also have the benefit of reduced taper wear of the pads. More heat will be contained in the brake faces because there is less of a heat sink in the flanges. This reduces thermal stress at the ID of the disc and reduces the chance of thermal cracking to occur. Consistent disc float from race beginning to end. As a race progresses with a bobbin disc, float will often be reduced when a bobbin is no longer sitting square in the disc. Reduced float will increase piston knockback, increase pedal travel and add vibration. Reduced complexity. The Girodisc system is a direct replacement for the OE disc. No modifications are necessary. The disc will bolt directly to the car and work with OE calipers perfectly. By upgrading your brakes with lightweight high performance replacements as opposed to a big brake kit, your factory bias is maintained as well as your ABS efficiency. The Girodisc front rotors are approx 22.0lbs vs. 27.4lbs for the stock units. This reduction in rotational and unsprung weight allows for quicker acceleration and suspension response.The central hat section of our rotor is made from strictly U.S. sourced 6061-T6 aircraft specification aluminum.  The disc is made from our own proprietary cast iron, poured in the USA and machined from start to finish in house at Girodisc.  The rotor utilizes a curved vane design, developed in racing to act as a centrifugal pump to force cooling air through the disc.The rotor and hat have a floating mount system, which utilizes 10 high strength alloy steel drive pins, manufactured by Girodisc in the USA to our own specifications and cadmium plated for a long lasting corrosion resistance. These pins take the load from braking actions while maintaining the axial and radial float between the hat and disc. The pins are secured by grade 12 cap screws with hardened washers. In order to keep the rotors from making noise when cold, the pins are mounted with anti-noise spring washers on the rotor side which allow the rotor to grow with heat expansion but eliminate the rattle and noise associated with floating rotors. This float also allows the rotor to self center between the pads.Once the Girodisc system is in place, simply replace the cast iron rotor when needed. Sold/priced per pair.
