Girodisc D2-022 Replacement Rotor Rings Only This kit is for two replacement 330mm rotor rings for the Girodisc A2-022 Two Piece Floating Rotors. It contains rotor rings and new installation hardware only, no aluminum center hats. Please note that unless specifically noted, Girodisc replacement rings are only designed to work with Girodisc hats. They are not designed to be used with other brands, including hats from cars equipped with 2-piece rotors from the factory. High Performance Replacement Brake Rotor Rings These rotor rings are attached to the rotor hat (not included) by a floating mount system using 12 high-strength alloy steel drive pins manufactured by Girodisc in the USA and cadmium plated for long-lasting corrosion resistance. The drive pins bear the braking load while maintaining the axial and radial float between the hat and disc. The pins are secured by class 12.9 cap screws with hardened washers. In order to keep the rotors from making noise when cold, the pins are mounted with anti-noise spring washers on the rotor side, allowing the rotor to grow with heat expansion while eliminating the rattle typically associated with floating rotors. Schroth Flexi 2x2 Porsche GT2/GT3/GT4 Racing Harness Porsche GT3 Cup Cars come with Schroth belts direct from the factory. If you're putting harnesses in your Porsche GT3, GT3RS, or GT4 with the Lightweight Bucket (LWB) seat setup, you'll want these belts! The Flexi 2x2 GT3 features 2” shoulder belts ideal for Frontal Head Restraint (FHR or HANS) devices. It has 2" pull-down Profi lap belts with sewn-in anchors specifically made for Porsche's carbon fiber Lightweight Bucket ("LWB") seats. A T-bar adjustable sub-strap is standard, and shoulder- and sub-strap attachment hardware is wrapped in. The FHR/HANS specific shoulder belts are designed to make the driver safer and more comfortable. The full 2" shoulder webbing fits perfectly on a FHR or HANS device, creating optimal force distribution on the surface of the device. The main impetus behind the 2" lap belt is added safety. A 2" belt rides within the crest of the human pelvis, where a 3" belt would rest on the edges. This allows you to get the belt up to an inch-and-a-half tighter, so the lap belt will work earlier in an accident because it gets loaded faster. It's also more comfortable and easier to adjust as there's less friction through the adjuster. Comes with Porsche-specific attachments for the lap belts and snap-in attachments at sub-strap points. D2-307 Girodisc Front Rotor Rings  REPLACEMENT ROTOR RINGS ONLY. INCLUDES NEW INSTALLATION HARDWARE. DOES NOT INCLUDE ALUMINUM HATS. As one of the largest stocking dealers in the country, we ship most Girodisc products the same or next business day to ensure we meet your delivery deadline. These Girodisc replacement rotor rings are direct replacements for the iron discs on your Girodisc two-piece rotors, and no modifications are necessary. New cap screws and washers are included with these replacement rotors. We do not recommend re-using the old hardware. These rings will not work with factory center hats. They are designed to work with Girodisc hats only. The replacement rotor rings and hat mount together through a floating mount system which utilizes 8-10 high strength alloy steel drive pins manufactured by Girodisc in the USA to their own specifications and are cadmium plated for corrosion resistance. The alloy drive pins transfer the load from the brake action while maintaining the axial and radial float between the disc rotor and hat. The pins are secured by grade 12 cap screws with hardened washers and mounted with anti-noise spring washers to allow for heat expansion while eliminating the rattle and noise associated with floating rotors. The two-piece Girodisc design allows for rotor ring-only replacement to minimize replacement costs and deliver outstanding performance and cooling. Sold/priced per pair.
