Sparco Shield RW-9 Nomex Balaclava
The Shield RW-9 Balaclava combines stretchable Nomex with strategically placed breathable knit sections to provide lightweight protection underneath a racing helmet. Minimal external seams and soft construction help reduce pressure points during long driving sessions.
The balaclava is SFI 3.3 rated and treated with Sparco X-Cool Silver technology to help improve heat management and comfort.
Sparco Shield RW-9 Nomex Shirt
The Shield RW-9 Shirt uses two different woven materials in key areas: thin stretch Nomex for mobility and double-perforated Nomex for improved breathability. The design follows the driver's seated position to provide a close, comfortable fit underneath a racing suit.
X-Cool Silver treatment helps draw heat away from the skin while also providing an antibacterial effect.
Sparco Shield RW-9 Nomex Pants
The Shield RW-9 Pants use the same stretchable and perforated Nomex construction as the matching shirt. Minimal flat seams help reduce irritation while the ergonomic fit promotes comfort and mobility inside the cockpit.
The pants are available in grouped sizes from XS-S through XXXL and in black or white depending on inventory.
Sparco RW-7 Nomex Socks
The Sparco RW-7 Nomex Socks complete the bundle with lightweight FIA 8856-2018 approved protection for the feet and lower legs. Their soft fiber blend and X-Cool treatment help improve comfort while maintaining a low-bulk fit inside racing shoes.
