Girodisc A1-127 Girodisc 2pc Front Brake Rotors for Porsche 997.1 GT3/GT2 w/ PCCB $2,488.00
A1-127 Girodisc Two-Piece 380mm Front Brake Rotors FITMENT: Porsche 997.1 GT2/GT3 (2007-2011) w/ OEM PCCB This Girodisc system is a direct 380mm replacement for the OEM front rotors on the Porsche 997.1 GT3/GT2 with OEM PCCB brakes. No modifications are necessary, allows use of factory unmodified pads unlike most aftermarket solutions for this application. The Girodisc rotors will bolt directly to the car and work with OEM calipers perfectly. By upgrading your brakes with lightweight, high performance replacements (as opposed to a big brake kit), your factory bias is maintained as well as your ABS efficiency. The central hat section of the disc is made from 6061-T6 aircraft specification aluminum. The disc is manufactured from cast iron constructed in the USA, made to the same specification with the same material used by professional racing organizations. The rotors' curved vane design was developed in racing and acts as a centrifugal pump to force cooling air through the disc. The rotor and hat mount together through a floating mount system which utilizes ten high strength alloy steel drive pins manufactured by Girodisc in the USA to their own specifications and are cadmium plated for corrosion resistance. The alloy drive pins transfer the load from the brake action while maintaining the axial and radial float between the disc rotor and hat. The pins are secured by Grade-12 cap screws with hardened washers and mounted with anti-noise spring washers to allow for heat expansion while eliminating the rattle and noise associated with floating rotors. The two-piece Girodisc design allows for disc-only replacement as well, minimizing future replacement costs and delivering outstanding performance. Sold/priced per pair.

A1-154 Girodisc 2pc Front Brake Rotors (OEM PCCB) - Competition Motorsport
Girodisc A1-154 Girodisc 2pc Front Brake Rotors for Porsche GT3/GT2/GT4 RS PCCB $2,781.00
A1-154 Girodisc Two-Piece 410mm Front Brake Rotors FITMENT: Porsche GT3 (991) w/ factory PCCB Porsche GT3RS (991) w/ factory PCCB Porsche GT2RS (991) w/ factory PCCB Porsche GT4RS (718) w/ factory PCCB This 410mm Girodisc conversion system is a direct front rotor replacement for the Porsche 991.1 or 991.2 GT3, GT3RS, GT2RS, and GT4RS originally equipped with PCCB brakes. These two-piece floating iron rotors with aluminum hats will bolt directly to your Porsche and work flawlessly with the OEM front calipers. You must use must use the pad shape used on the 991 GT3 with iron rotors. The annulus (pad swept height) of these rotors is smaller than the PCCBs to keep rotor weight low and allow far better pad selection. By upgrading your brakes with lightweight, high-performance Girodisc rotors, especially when paired with Girodisc A2-154 rear rotors, your Porsche's factory brake bias and ABS efficiency are maintained. The low rotational mass and unsprung weight of Girodisc rotors allows for quick acceleration and fast transient suspension response. Most racers replace the factory PCCBs with Girodisc rotors to avoid the inevitable damage to fragile carbon-ceramic discs when swapping wheels at the track. We suggest using these rotors with these Pagid 4924 or PFC brake pad profiles normally used in the Porsche 991 GT3 without PCCB. When combined with Competition Motorsport RF1 Racing brake fluid or the New HALO P1 High Performance Brake Fluid, you'll have an extremely reliable and durable solution to cracked or broken carbon-ceramic rotors at a fraction of the cost of factory PCCBs. The central hat section of the Girodisc is made from 6061-T6 aircraft specification aluminum. The disc is manufactured from cast iron constructed in the USA, made to the same specification with the same material used by professional racing organizations. The rotors' curved vane design was developed in racing and acts as a centrifugal pump to force cooling air through the disc. A1-156 Girodisc 2pc Front Brake Rotors (OEM PCCB) - Competition Motorsport
Girodisc A1-156 Girodisc 2pc 410mm Front Brake Rotors (replace OEM PCCB) $2,781.00
A1-156 Girodisc Two-Piece 410mm Front Brake Rotors FITMENT: Porsche 911 Carrera Turbo (991), Front Porsche Cayman GT4 (981), Front This Girodisc system is a 410mm two-piece steel rotor and aluminum hat combination, a direct-replacement upgrade for your car's OEM PCCB brakes1. The Girodisc A1-156 will bolt directly to your Porsche and work perfectly with your OEM calipers. There are two main reasons for replacing your PCCB: first, Girodisc rotors are designed to shed heat more effectively than the original rotors; second, the machined cast iron rotor rings are far more durable than the fragile PCCB rotors. This is critical when you're swapping wheels on-and-off the car for track days or racing. It's so easy to nick a carbon rotor and take a chunk out of it, rendering it useless. Pair these Girodisc rotors with Girodisc A2-156 rear rotors to maintain your factory brake bias and ABS efficiency. When used with Pagid or PFC performance brake pads, and CMS RF1 brake fluid, you have an excellent solution to easily cracked carbon-ceramic rotors. The two-piece Girodisc design allows for disc-only replacement as well, minimizing future replacement costs and delivering outstanding performance. Sold/priced per pair. 1 Note: you must use the same pad shape as that used on the Porsche 991/992 GT3/Turbo with factory iron rotors. The annulus (pad swept height) of these pads is smaller than that of the large PCCB pads.

The Girodisc system is an upgrade to a two-piece steel rotor and aluminum hat combination and is a direct replacement for the OEM brake rotors. These two-piece floating rotors will bolt directly to the car and work with your OEM calipers perfectly. By upgrading your brakes with these lightweight, high-performance replacements (as opposed to a big brake kit), your factory brake bias is maintained, along with your ABS efficiency. Girodisc two-piece floating rotors are lighter than OEM brake rotors. This reduction in rotational mass and unsprung weight allows for quicker acceleration, sharper steering, and faster suspension response. When used with Pagid or PFC performance brake pads and CMS RF-1 brake fluid (available from Competition Motorsport), you have an amazing solution to overheating, cracking and warping rotors. The central hat section of each Girodisc is made from 6061-T6 aircraft specification aluminum.
