The Sparco Eagle RS8.2 racing suit uses a combination of Sparco Hocotex® and Eagle fabrics to produce an ultra-lightweight and supremely breathable race suit. With a more fitted, modern cut, the Sparco Eagle RS8.2 features pre-formed armholes and, in line with enhancing driver mobility during a race, the elasticized panels have been optimized (arm holes, sides, and elasticized back).
The main structure of the Sparco Eagle RS8.2 suit, like in the previous version, is Sparco's tried and tested characteristic Hocotex® single-layer 0.6 mm ultra-thin fabric, combined with other materials like Eagle elasticized fabric (well-known and used in various Sparco race suit models). Sparco added flat, ultra-light anti-abrasion reinforcements on the legs and arms, stitched quilting made with thin yarn, concealed pockets, and a pre-formed neck and belt with the characteristic Sparco logo. There is an extractor flap inserted in the arm hole specially designed not to interfere with the positioning of a HANS device.

Dry carbon is stronger and lighter than wet carbon, often weighing 1/3 of our competitors’ products. Our manufacturing methods also produce a smoother surface on each part for more dimensional accuracy; shaving edges, widening mounting holes and flexing pieces to make them fit are a thing of the past.
C3 Carbon also applies an automotive urethane clear-coat which is U/V cured for durability and guarantees C3 Carbon parts won't yellow over time.
Many of our competitors use wet carbon (which is heavier), and some use fiberglass with a carbon overlay (much heavier, as the carbon fiber has epoxy literally painted onto it). These materials and manufacturing methods produce a poor finish due to air contamination, and because the epoxy isn’t applied uniformly throughout the weave. These products are also much weaker than C3 Carbon products. Finally, most competitors use a fiberglass mold, which is far less expensive but cannot maintain the strict tolerances we demand of our own products. In the end, the fit and finish simply cannot stand up to C3 Carbon products.

PFC has released new V3 disc and hat technology. The advanced design features a patented attachment design that uses a retention ring that holds the hat and disc together.
The ring means no need for torque wrenches, and no hassle. The ability to change a disc quickly and efficiently saves time and effort. As well as being convenient, the new V3 technology is much lighter than previous designs, making it easier to put on and pull off, and making the vehicle lighter.
This V3 disc retention method is based on the use of a two- or three-turn retaining ring, which is held in a groove in the hat that overlaps the disc flanges – effectively locking the disc to the hat.
Reduced mass on disc connecting flanges, which reduces thermal distortion (more specifically, coning) at race temperatures. Reduced coning allows the pads to sit flatter on the disc, which better utilizes the available radial depth. There is better pad force distribution and the brakes will run cooler, reducing hot spots on the disc. This will also have the benefit of reduced taper wear of the pads.
More heat will be contained in the brake faces because there is less of a heat sink in the flanges. This reduces thermal stress at the ID of the disc and reduces the chance of thermal cracking to occur.
Consistent disc float from race beginning to end. As a race progresses with a bobbin disc, float will often be reduced when a bobbin is no longer sitting square in the disc. Reduced float will increase piston knockback, increase pedal travel and add vibration.
Reduced complexity. The number of brake assembly parts is reduced from 38+ for a bobbin drive disc to just 3 in a V3 disc assembly

The GiroDisc replacement rotor system is a direct rotor disc replacement for the Giro Disc 2-piece hat and rotor and no modifications are necessary.
The rotor and hat mount together through a floating mount system which utilizes 8-10 high strength alloy steel drive pins manufactured by GiroDisc in the USA to our own specifications and are cadmium plated for corrosion resistance. The alloy drive pins transfer the load from the brake action while maintaining the axial and radial float between the disc rotor and hat. The pins are secured by grade 12 cap screws with hardened washers and mounted with anti-noise spring washers to allow for heat expansion while eliminating the rattle and noise associated with floating rotors.
The 2-piece GiroDisc design allows for rotor only replacement to minimize replacement costs and deliver outstanding performance and cooling.

Porsche GT3 Cup Cars come with Schroth belts direct from the factory. If you're putting harnesses in your Porsche GT3, GT3RS, or GT4 with the Lightweight Bucket (LWB) seat setup, you'll want these belts!
The Flexi 2x2 GT3 features 2” shoulder belts ideal for Frontal Head Restraint (FHR or HANS) devices. It has 2" pull-down Profi lap belts with sewn-in anchors specifically made for Porsche's carbon fiber Lightweight Bucket ("LWB") seats. A T-bar adjustable sub-strap is standard, and shoulder- and sub-strap attachment hardware is wrapped in.
The FHR/HANS specific shoulder belts are designed to make the driver safer and more comfortable. The full 2" shoulder webbing fits perfectly on a FHR or HANS device, creating optimal force distribution on the surface of the device.
The main impetus behind the 2" lap belt is added safety. A 2" belt rides within the crest of the human pelvis, where a 3" belt would rest on the edges. This allows you to get the belt up to an inch-and-a-half tighter, so the lap belt will work earlier in an accident because it gets loaded faster. It's also more comfortable and easier to adjust as there's less friction through the adjuster.
Comes with Porsche-specific attachments for the lap belts and snap-in attachments at sub-strap points. The shoulders come ready to be wrapped around a roll bar or roll cage. Bolt-in attachments can be purchased separately for shoulder- and sub-straps.

RS 14:
Outside the track day environment, RS14 has shown success in short- to medium-distance circuit racing as well as gravel and tarmac rallying. RS14 offers very low heat conductivity, resulting in lower caliper and brake fluid temperatures. RS14 offers consistent levels of performance and much longer life than competitors' products without excessive rotor wear, offering the driver supreme confidence.
The PAGID RS14 (Black) is a high-friction-value ceramic compound with very good modulation, high fade resistance, low heat conductivity, and a good wear rate up to a constant temperature of 1,200°F (650°C). It's kind on rotors, with visible grooving but no tendency to crack them.
RS14 is our most popular ceramic-based friction material. It will tolerate much higher working disc temperatures than PAGID RS4-2, extending fade resistance.
RS14 is used as an OEM material and supplied as an upgraded track day pad by Lotus Motorsport. It has been shown to exhibit optimum levels of braking force, control and modulation on popular track-day cars such as the Lotus Elise and Caterham 7.
RSL 29:
Designed primarily for endurance racing, due to consistent levels of performance and user friendliness many competitors use this material for sprint and short distance races also. RS29 has also found favor in the growing track-day market due to the high level of control, good cold performance, long life, and low rotor wear.
The PAGID RS29 (Yellow) is the world-leading endurance brake pad used by most of the winning teams in motorsport. Based on the RS14, a slight reduction of the friction value improves modulation and longevity. The friction value remains high enough for cars without power-assisted brake systems, ensuring low effort on the brake pedal. Constant temperatures up to 1,100°F (600°C) are possible. This combination of friction value, fading stability, and low wear rates on pads and rotors is unmatched. Due to its excellent release characteristics and controllability, PAGID endurance materials are also often used for sprint races.
This material provides very good levels of performance and response at all temperature levels; only slight temperature inputs are required to bring the pad up to its optimum performance level. A favorite with endurance racers at events such as Le Mans, Daytona, Spa, Nurburgring, etc. Due to the exceptional pad life and very low wear on brake discs it has been possible to run 24 hours without a change of pads or discs. This has proved suitable for applications running very high disc temperatures.

The Arai CK-6 is designed specifically for junior kart racers who are too small to comfortably fit and/or support the weight of an Arai SK-6 adult karting helmet.
Meets the Snell/FIA CMR-2016 standard for junior karting.

SRC Superior Resin shell material, developed and formulated in-house at Arai, dramatically improves the bonding properties of standard fibers, allowing the use of less material for reduced weight and lower cost.
Removable/replaceable cheek pads in optional sizes allow for custom fit when needed. Easily removable 5mm top layer of foam allows for further custom fitting.
Wide and tall eye port for an exceptional field of view.
Large intake vent toggles for easy operation, with large rear vents for improved ventilation. Features taken directly from the GP-6PED auto-racing helmet.
Newly sculpted chin bar and ridge along lower edge of shell to improve structural integrity. Provides a stronger shell near the opening where it's needed while lowering the center of gravity. Rise in shell above the shoulders for added clearance.

An effective helmet is one that fits properly. Have an assistant use a measuring tape, or a piece of string to measure the circumference of your head starting at a point approximately one inch above the eyebrows in front, around a point in the back of the head that results in the largest possible measurement, and finally wrapping back to the front. It is a good idea to take several measurements to make sure you have the largest one.
