Girodisc Rear Caliper Rebuild Kit Porsche 991 C2S-C4S - Competition Motorsport
Girodisc Girodisc Rear Caliper Rebuild Kit Porsche 991 S/4S/GTS $80.00
PORSCHE 991 S/4S/GTS REAR CALIPER REBUILD KIT Track days can be especially hard on the piston seals and dust boots in your brake calipers. Heat, in particular, will do a number on them. (Titanium heat shields behind your pads can help with that.)  This kit is put together from the highest-quality components to rebuild a brake caliper back to like-new condition. One kit is required per caliper (we suggest doing them both as long as you're doing it).  Once you rebuild them, get the Ti heat shields as well and lengthen the interval between rebuilds.  The shields and seals are available as a kit for convenience (and a bit of savings). We only source superior quality brake components (brakes for track use are serious business); some kits don't take it as seriously.  Any questions give us a call, we're happy to help!
AP Racing Radi-CAL R4 racing brake fluid 644ºF dry boiling point
AP Racing AP Racing Radi-CAL R4 Racing Brake Fluid (500 ml) $59.00
AP Racing Radi-CAL R4 Racing Brake Fluid Among the Highest Dry Boilings Point On The Market Today AP Racing Radi-CAL R4 racing brake fluid has an ultra-high typical dry boiling point, at 644º F / 340º C. Radi-CAL R4 racing brake fluid has been designed to perform better than any other product at the extremes of heavy-duty braking in top levels of professional racing. AP Racing Radi-CAL R4 has outstanding resistance to vapor lock and pedal fade under the most exacting conditions. A higher vapor lock point means a firmer brake pedal at the extremes of brake temperatures. Enhanced lubricity means R4 is a better lubricant than other market-leading racing brake fluids. This helps extend the life of the metal moving parts in your brake system while increasing system efficiency. Radi-CAL R4 can be mixed with other DOT 3 and DOT 4 racing brake fluid, although for maximum performance your braking system should be thoroughly purged with R4 fluid. AP Racing Radi-Cal Pro R4 Brake Fluid Details: Manufacturer: AP Racing Manufacturer part number: AP-CP7005 DOT rating: DOT 4 Dry Boiling Point: 644º F / 340º C Wet Boiling Point: 383º F / 195º C Bottle Size: 500 ml (16.9 fl. oz.)
Motul Racing Brake Fluid RBF 660 bottle with red cap on a white background
Motul Motul RBF 660 Racing Brake Fluid (500 ml) from $43.00
Motul RBF 660 Racing Brake Fluid Motul RBF 660 Brake Fluid is 100% synthetic DOT 4 racing  brake fluid for use in extreme high temperature & racing applications. It is suitable for all types of hydraulic brake and clutch actuators requiring non-silicone synthetic fluid. Widely exceeds the DOT 3, DOT4 and DOT 5.1 standards (except for DOT 5.1 viscosity at - 40°C). Extreme Thermal Resistance and Stability Motul RBF 660 has a very high dry boiling point (325°C / 617°F), superior to conventional DOT 4, DOT 5, and DOT 5.1 brake fluids. Motul RBF 660 enables effective high-speed braking even under extreme temperature conditions. Efficient When It Rains The high wet boiling point (204°C / 400°F) of Motul RBF 660 far exceeds the requirements of DOT 3, DOT 4, and DOT 5.1, enabling excellent braking efficiency while driving or racing in the rain. This also reduces the risk of “vapor lock”. Note: do not mix synthetic DOT 4 brake fluid such as Motul RBF 660 with DOT 5 silicone-based or any mineral-based brake fluids.
CMS Performance RF1 Racing Brake Fluid (500 ml)
CMS Performance CMS Performance RF1 Racing Brake Fluid (500 ml) from $36.00
CMS Performance RF1 DOT4 Racing Brake Fluid Real Life 622º Boiling Point Without the Real High Price RF1 Racing Brake Fluid from CMS Performance is a fully-synthetic DOT4 brake fluid formulated to provide extraordinary performance under the most demanding high-temperature racing and track-day conditions. With a dry boiling point of 622º F / 328º C, RF1 exceeds all DOT 3 & DOT 4 requirements and is compatible with all DOT 3, DOT 4, and DOT 5.1 fluids. Note: RF1, like all DOT 4 brake fluids, is not compatible with DOT 5 silicone-based or any mineral-based brake fluids. On the race track, there is perhaps no single safety system more important than your brakes. No single part of that system is more critical than brake fluid, given the extraordinarily high temperatures it operates under. At CMS Performance, we got tired of (and a little nervous) using "racing" brake fluid at the race track that didn't live up to its claimed performance when things got hot. We found more than a few brands whose product was all hype and not high performance. No Hype. All Performance. No Kidding. So we did something about it. CMS Performance RF1 is manufactured in partnership with Orthene, maker of the also-excellent Halo P1 racing brake fluid and a brake fluid supplier to many racing teams in Formula 1, WEC, and other professional series. RF1 was formulated to maintain consistent viscosity, lubricity, and compressibility at the extreme system temperatures and line pressures found in racing and track days. The bottom line is this: you can spend a lot more on brake fluid, but it's hard to find higher-performance than RF1 Racing Brake Fluid. CMS Performance RF1 Racing Brake Fluid Details: Manufacturer: CMS Performance Manufacturer part no.: CMSRF1 Typical dry boiling point: 622º F / 328º C Typical wet boiling point: 399º F / 204º C Exceeds DOT 3 & DOT 4 standards Bottle size: 500 ml (16.9 fl. oz.) Click Here for Product MSDS Sheet A Word About Flushing Brake Fluid All brake fluid degrades over time (not mileage), attracting water as it ages, which, at high brake temperatures, can lead to fluid boil and brake fade or failure. That's why the "wet" (aged) boiling point of any brake fluid is substantially lower than the "dry" (new) boiling point. To maintain maximum braking performance, Competition Motorsport strongly suggests replacing your brake fluid before every track event, but at least every three months if you're consistently racing and/or driving at track days. It's cheap insurance against learning about brake fade the hard way!
Motul RBF 600 Racing Brake Fluid (500 ml)
Motul Motul RBF 600 Racing Brake Fluid (500 ml) from $29.00
Motul RBF 600 Racing Brake Fluid Motul RBF 600 is a 100% synthetic high-temperature DOT 4 brake fluid for hydraulic-actuated brake and clutch systems. RBF 600 is specifically designed to resist the high temperatures of steel or carbon-composite racing brakes and clutch systems. Motul RBF 600 far exceeds the standards of ordinary DOT 3 and DOT 4 brake fluid. The RBF 600 container is filled with nitrogen to increase shelf life and eliminate contamination while factory sealed. Its extremely high dry- and wet-boiling points help prevent vapor lock and brake fade during hard use. Extreme Thermal Resistance and Stability The elevated dry boiling point of RBF 600 (593° F / 312° C) enables effective braking even under extreme conditions like racing competition, mountain driving, etc. Very Effective in Rainy Conditions The high wet boiling point (420°F / 216° C) of Motul RBF 600 is superior to conventional brake fluids, providing particularly efficient braking in rain while reducing the risk of vapor lock. Note: do not mix DOT 4 brake fluid like Motul RBF 600 with DOT 5 silicone-based or conventional mineral-based brake fluids.
