The most effective helmet is one that fits properly. To measure your head, have an assistant use a dressmaker's tape or a piece of string to measure the circumference of your head. Start at a point about an inch above your eyebrows, looping around the back of your head at the point that results in the largest measurement, and finally around to the front again. It's a good idea to take two or three measurements to make sure you have the largest one.

The lightweight Sparco X-Light shoe was developed using feedback from Sparco’s professional drivers. This development program created some unique features for the new shoe. In place of a traditional tongue, the X-light uses a durable fabric called Jaquard that acts as an upper stretch panel. This unique upper reaches a whole new level in racing shoe comfort by letting them stretch and breath. The same Jaquard material is on the backside of the shoe, allowing the Achilles unrestricted movement.

Constructed from ultra lightweight, incredibly resilient pre-impregnated dry carbon fiber, the front deflector improves vision by directing air towards the visor and away from the eyes. Air exits out the rear holes and from the bottom of the helmet, forcing out hot air and CO2 build-up.

Sparco Shield Tech Nomex Shirt
Sparco's Shield Tech line of Nomex undergarments provides the highest level of protection and technology for comfort and breathability. Shield Tech is homologated to the newest FIA standard 8856-2018 which provides the highest fire protection. When designing this new line of undergarments, Sparco studied the drivers seating position to ensure ultimate fit and comfort. Strategic weaving of the material produces increased breathability along with articulation.
Shield Tech uses a seamless construction with ultra-soft stretchable material. There are two different woven materials in key areas; thin stretch for comfort and mobility as well as a double perforated panels for increased breathability. The minimal seams are stitched flat with thin specialized thread for added comfort.
All Shield Tech pieces are treated with Sparco’s X-Cool® treatment, which draws heat from the body surface to cool the driver. In addition to cooling the driver, X-Cool® treatment has an anti-bacterial effect.
