This system integrates into the existing design of the ST5 & ST6 helmet and does not require any drilling of the shell or modifications to the internal EPS foam. There are six small ventilation holes molded into the top of every ST5 & ST6 helmet. Stilo's Top Air system fits over the center four holes and extends down the front of the helmet and just under the top of the visor.
