Non-toxic and biodegradable coolant that circulates through your Chillout Systems cooler and cooling garments, keeping you cool and your cooler running in prime condition. Does not evaporate, greatly extending the amount of time between refilling your system. Chillout cooling garments encase tubular veins within the material, covering a large surface area of the body to keep you cool, dry, and focused. We suggest you replace the Chillout Coolant in your system at least once per race season. It takes less than two minutes and keeps your cooling system running in peak condition.

Chillout Motorsports 3" Air Duct Plenum connects to your Cooling System, efficiently increasing cooling performance whilst simultaneously reducing amp draw from your electrical system. The plenum is designed to fit the intake side of your Quantum Cooler, allowing for much cooler air to be forced through the system via the 3" duct. A 200 CFM blower (Minimum) is required in conjunction with the plenum for the best performance.The 3" Air Duct Plenum attaches via the plenum holder found on the front of the Quantum Cooler systems (V2 and above), creating a seal to keep the cooler pressurized with the cool air. Forcing cool air through the system and out through the exhaust side of the cooler is the most efficient way to reach maximum cooling - no wasted cool air, and the cooling shirt system appreciates every bit of cool air it can get.INCLUDED: 3" Air Duct Plenum

Used in conjunction with 4-inch Neoprene Air Duct Hose and a 4-inch Chillout Carbon Fiber Plenum (both available in the drop downs above), the Chillout Carbon Fiber NACA Duct results in maximum cooling efficiency for your cooling system.NACA ducts bring air into a vehicle with a minimal increase in external drag. The purpose of a NACA duct is to increase the flow rate of air while not disturbing boundary layer airflow over your vehicle's exterior. When the cross-sectional flow area of the duct is increased, you decrease the static pressure and make the duct into a vacuum cleaner (without the drag effects of a standard scoop). The reason why the duct is narrow, then suddenly widens in a graceful arc is to increase the cross-sectional area slowly so that airflow doesn’t separate and cause turbulence and drag. Our Neoprene Air Duct Hose is extremely flexible, pliable and structurally strong thanks to a coated spring-steel wire support helix that prevents it from collapsing. The fiberglass fabric cover and fiberglass cord are both impregnated and coated with neoprene rubber.With a temperature range between -45° F to 330° F, this makes it ideal for most applications, most importantly bringing fresh/cool air to your Quantum Cooler. Also perfect for cockpit cooling and other low-pressure ducting applications where extreme heat can't be avoided. Chillout Systems Carbon Fiber Air Duct Plenum Forcing fresh air to your cooler is the most efficient way to increase cooling performance and reduce amp draw from your electrical system. This plenum fits perfectly to the intake side of your Quantum Cooler, allowing much cooler air to be forced through the system via any four-inch duct (cooler, ducting, and intake scoop not included). A minimum 150 CFM blower (sold separately) should be used in conjunction with the plenum in order to cool properly. This carbon fiber plenum attaches via automotive-grade adhesive tape, creating a firm seal to keep the cooler pressurized with incoming cool air. This forces cool air all the way through the system and back out the exhaust side of the cooler, the most efficient way to reach maximum cooling capacity. Coupling the Chillout Systems Air Duct Plenum with your Quantum Cooler ensures no cool air is wasted, maximizing the effectiveness of the system.

Chillout Systems Club Series Cooling Shirt   The goal with the Club Series cooling shirt is to provide drivers with most comfortable driver cooling shirt on the market, maintaining safety and comfort at an affordable price. Chillout nailed it! The Club Series is an entry level cooling shirt, but don't let that fool you. It's made from dual layers of soft stretch cotton concealing a strategically structured layer of thermal conductive cooling veins that target the most vital region of the body – the core.  They are designed to work with Chillout's incredible refrigerant-based Quantum Cooling system but work equally well with icewater-based systems like Coolshirt or F.A.S.T.  The Club Series shirt has cooling efficiency similar to other brands, but in a high-quality, custom designed shirt with the cooling veins hidden between two ultra thin layers of stretch fabric. The stretch fabric is crucial to holding the cooling veins close to the body where heat exchange takes place. With cooling veins constructed of a matte fire-resistant, self-extinguishing compound developed by the US military, this cooling shirt is rugged and durable, perfect for racing, HPDE, or test days..  Featuring dry-release hose connectors, spillage isn’t an issue because the fluid stops when disconnected. ADD CONNECTORS For maximum adaptability, Chillout shirts do not come with connectors. Choose the Chillout Dual Prong connector to connect to a Chillout Systems Quantum Cooler. The dual-prong design latches securely, enabling your Chillout hose to be linked to your system while preventing unintentional release.
