Slimmed shoulder bolsters improve fit in smaller cars, lower side bolsters ease entry/exit, and raised belt guides improve harness routing—all while keeping the supportive EVO feel.
The all-carbon construction makes the EVO Carbon one of the lightest seats available—under 10 lb (shell only), about 12 lb complete. The Sparco Prime LT uses suit material originally developed for the McLaren Formula One team, making it one of the lightest FIA approved racing suits in the world. The Sparco Prime LT boasts unparalleled technological features created in the Sparco R&D laboratories, a project optimizing every detail of materials and construction. This includes an ultra slim zipper, soft seamless Nomex/Vicosa wrists and ankle cuffs, the neck and shoulder pads were further reduced, thinner thread was used and the stitching flattened even more.

How Does Sparco Hocotex Work?
Racing suits are traditionally constructed using multiple layers of fabric sewn together with an embroidered quilted pattern. This quilting creates air pockets between the layers which expand when exposed to extreme heat and flames, creating a thermal protection barrier for the driver. Sparco Hocotex® uses a honeycomb structure with over 60,000 internal air cells, compared to 300 quilted chambers in a traditional suit. The result is a 10% to 12% increase in protection from heat versus the traditional quilting method.
