Applications: Rear axle usage in combination with RSL 1 and RSL 2 on the front axle in heavier cars (GT3/GTE). Front axle usage for lighter GT and Touring cars.
RSL 29:
Description: RSL 29 features very good modulation and release characteristics. It is a low metallic resin bonded material containing steel and acrylic fibers. The friction level of the material maintains constant at a low-medium level. Another advantage is the easy bedding in behavior.
Applications: Very popular in club racing and track days. GT cars, Touring cars and prototype endurance racing.Due to excellent modulation characteristics also often used in sprint races.

The Brey Krause Porsche 991 & 992 harness mount bar has been tested and certified by an independent lab to handle the types of forces required by the National Highway Traffic Safety Admin. DOT and SAE J385 Rev.MAR 95, Motor Vehicle Seat Belt Anchorages-Performance Requirements. The 991 harness mount bar properly locates and supports racing shoulder harnesses relative to the driver. In the case of an accident, it helps protect the driver's shoulders and spine. The harness guides also prevent excessive shifting and fatigue of the driver during the high G loads of cornering and braking. Our bars are easy to install and remove, use only existing holes and mounting points, and will not damage the car in any way.
Strength requirements for harness mounts are considerably greater than those for harness guide bars since they must support the entire load applied to the belts. A mount really can't be relied on unless it has been tested to support the loads required by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
The Brey-Krause Harness Mount supported the loads specified by the National Highway Traffic Safety Admin. DOT for upper torso restraints in all automobiles. Tensile tests performed by an independent lab.

Girodisc replacement rotor rings are direct replacements for the iron discs on your Girodisc A2-220 380mm two-piece rotors, with no modifications necessary. New cap screws and washers are included with these replacement rotors. We do not recommend re-using the old hardware.

The replacement rotor rings and hat mount together through a floating mount system which utilizes 8-10 high strength alloy steel drive pins manufactured by Girodisc in the USA and are cadmium plated for corrosion resistance. The alloy drive pins transfer the load from braking while maintaining the axial and radial float between the disc rotor and hat. The pins are secured by grade 12 cap screws with hardened washers and mounted with anti-noise spring washers to allow for heat expansion while eliminating the rattle and noise associated with floating rotors.

The IPD "Y" design plenum replaces the factory "T" style air distributor and provides substantial power and torque gains by means of a more efficient design. Horsepower gains range from 24 to 28 depending on engine displacement and engine condition. These max power gains are experienced in the mid range where is it most useable and enjoyed.
The IPD plenum not only delivers impressive power and torque increases but also creates a more linear power and torque band. Tiptronic customers even claim considerable improvements with more positive shifting after installing the IPD Plenums.
Porsche has been controlling engine output by restricting the inlet track for decades. This has been successfully accomplished by utilizing smaller throttle bodies. This simple power control solution has been a very effective way of preventing lower level models from out performing certain flagship models, especially models with prolific racing pedigree. Although the factory engine packages are fantastic performance machines, they are engineered and developed to achieve specific performance numbers that satisfy a target demographic and compete with rival brands. Unfortunately driving enthusiasts who seek an elevated Porsche driving experience require performance levels well outside the target market.
IPD Plenums deliver substantial power and torque gains, but when combined with larger throttle bodies they perform even better. All of the IPD "Competition" Plenums utilize the next largest size throttle body offered by Porsche. In this case, the Competition Plenum does away with your original 74mm throttle body in favor of Porsche's 82mm 997 GT3 throttle body (can be added above). All of our Competition Plenums are designed to perform with cars equipped with high performance exhaust systems. The more extensive the exhaust system (headers, kats and mufflers) the better. Optimizing air intake and exhaust together creates a balanced performance package that allows the engine to inhale and exhale more air thus creating more power and torque.
IPD has pioneered another new Plenum design with the Competition Carrera Plenum. Laminar flows and volumetric efficiencies have been further enhanced with our unique and innovative internal merge collector area. This completely new approach has yielded not only great performance gains but more linear power delivery and improved throttle response as well. Gains vary depending on pre-existing mods and quality of after-market exhaust installed. As we all "should" know, horsepower and torque become harder to find and typically more expensive as we climb the proverbial performance ladder. That being said, performance components yield different power gains depending on the order they were installed. IPD tests and evaluates all products on bone stock cars, this establishes a level playing field and a better "apples to apples" comparison. The Competition Carrera Plenum however is designed to work with applications that are already moderately to heavily modified. Power gains will vary with each Carrera, but the bottom line is, there will be noticeable and impressive gains that are sure to make any Porsche Carrera driving enthusiast smile.
Power improvements will be fully realized once the factory ECU/DME makes all the necessary "adaptation" requirements. This process can be expedited with a series of "hard pulls" or spirited full throttle acceleration runs through the gears. Of course this should only be performed on a closed course circuit.
This plenum requires a Bosch 82mm throttle body, which can be added to your order above for only $225 (save $100).

This Girodisc system is an upgrade to a two-piece steel rotor and aluminum hat combination as a direct replacement for the OEM brake discs. The Girodisc floating rotors will bolt directly to your Mustang and work flawlessly with OEM calipers. By upgrading your brakes with these lightweight high-performance replacements, as opposed to a big brake kit, your factory bias is maintained as well as your ABS effectiveness and efficiency. The Girodisc rotors are lighter than OEM pieces, resuutling in a reduction in rotational and unsprung weight (4 lbs per corner) allowing for quicker acceleration, stronger braking, and faster suspension response.
When used with Pagid or PFC performance brake pads, and Competition Motorsport RF-1 brake fluid, you have the best possible solution to overheating, cracking, and warping rotors.
The central hat section of the disc is made from 6061-T6 aircraft specification aluminum. The disc is manufactured from cast iron constructed in the USA, made to the same specification with the same material used by professional racing organizations. The rotors' curved vane design was developed in racing and acts as a centrifugal pump to force cooling air through the disc.
The rotor and hat mount together through a floating mount system which utilizes ten high strength alloy steel drive pins manufactured by Girodisc in the USA to their own specifications and are cadmium plated for corrosion resistance. The alloy drive pins transfer the load from the brake action while maintaining the axial and radial float between the disc rotor and hat. The most effective helmet is one that fits properly. To measure your head, have an assistant use a dressmaker's tape or a piece of string to measure the circumference of your head. Start at a point about an inch above your eyebrows, looping around the back of your head at the point that results in the largest measurement, and finally around to the front again. It's a good idea to take two or three measurements to make sure you have the largest one.
