Although the connectors are correct, this cable can NOT be used to connect the SmartyCam HD GP bullet camera to the base recording unit, the internal wiring is different. How do I make sure I have an original SmartyCam H.D. Rev 1? First, your SmartyCam does not have any type of microphone. Second there is a 5 pin connection (for this control cable) and a 4 pin connection for GPS antenna. If you have a 4 pin and 7 pin, the you have a new Rev 2.
