CMS Performance RF1 DOT4 Racing Brake Fluid (500 ml) - Competition Motorsport
Competition Motorsport CMS Performance RF1 DOT4 Racing Brake Fluid from $21.95
Real-Life High Boiling Point Without The Real High Price RF1 Racing Brake Fluid from CMS Performance is a fully-synthetic DOT4 brake fluid formulated to provide extraordinary performance under the most demanding high-temperature racing and track-day conditions. With a dry boiling point of 328º C (622º F), RF1 exceeds all DOT3 & DOT4 requirements and is compatible with all DOT 3, 4, and 5.1 fluids. (Not compatible with DOT5 or mineral-based brake fluids.) On the race track, brake systems operate at very high sustained temperatures, and there is perhaps no single safety system more important in racing than your brakes. No single part of that system is more critical than brake fluid. At CMS Performance, we got tired of (and a little nervous) using "racing" brake fluid at the race track that didn't live up to its claimed performance when things got hot. So we did something about it. Manufactured in partnership with Orthene, the brake fluid supplier to many teams in Formula 1, WEC, and other professional series, RF1 Racing Brake Fluid was formulated to maintain consistent viscosity, lubricity, and compressibility at the extreme system temperatures and line pressures found in racing and track days. The bottom line is this: you can spend more on brake fluid, but you can't buy higher-performance than RF1 Racing Brake Fluid. RF1 Racing Brake Fluid Details: Typical dry boiling point: 328º C (622º F) Typical wet boiling point: 204º C (399º F) Exceeds DOT3 & DOT4 standards Bottle size: 500 ml (16.9 fl oz) Click Here for Product MSDS Sheet A Word About Flushing Brake Fluid All brake fluid degrades over time (not mileage), attracting water as it ages, which, at high brake temperatures, can lead to fluid boil and brake fade or failure. That's why the "wet" (aged) boiling point of any brake fluid is substantially lower than the "dry" (new) boiling point. To maintain maximum braking performance, Competition Motorsport strongly suggests replacing your brake fluid before every track event, but at least every three months if you're consistently racing and/or driving at track days. It's cheap insurance against learning about brake fade the hard way!

Girodisc A1-146 Girodisc 2pc Front Brake Rotors from $1,700.00
FITS PORSCHE 911 GT3/GT3RS/GT2RS (2014+) FRONT WITH STEEL BRAKES The Girodisc system is a direct replacement for the OE disc on the 991 GT3, GT3RS, and GT2RS with OEM iron rotors. No modifications are necessary, allows use of factory unmodified pads unlike most aftermarket solutions for this application. The disc will bolt directly to the car and work with OE calipers perfectly. By upgrading your brakes with lightweight, high performance replacements -- as opposed to a big brake kit -- your factory brake bias and ABS efficiency are preserved. The central hat section of our rotor is made from strictly USA-sourced 6061-T6 aircraft specification aluminum. The rotor is made from Girodisc's own proprietary cast iron, poured in the USA and machined from start to finish in house at Girodisc. The rotor utilizes a curved vane design, developed in racing to act as a centrifugal pump to force cooling air through the disc. The rotor and hat have a floating mount system, which utilizes 12 high strength alloy steel drive pins, manufactured by Girodisc in the USA to their own specifications and cadmium plated for long-lasting corrosion resistance. These pins take the load from braking while maintaining the axial and radial float between the hat and disc. The pins are secured by Class 12.9 cap screws with hardened washers. In order to keep the rotors from making noise when cold, the pins are mounted with anti-noise spring washers on the rotor side which allow the rotor to grow with heat expansion, eliminating the rattle and noise commonly associated with floating rotors. This float also allows the rotor to self center between the pads.Once the Girodisc system is in place, simply replace the cast iron rotor ring when needed. When used with Pagid or PFC racing brake pads and hi-temp RF1 racing brake fluid, you have what amounts to a truly amazing solution to overheating or warping rotors. If your car same with OEM center lock wheels please select the center lock drive pin option.Sold/priced in pairs.

Girodisc A1-154 Girodisc 2pc Front Brake Rotors (OEM PCCB) $1,900.00
PORSCHE 991 GT3, GT3RS, AND GT2RS (2014 +) WITH PCCB BRAKES This 410mm Girodisc conversion system is a direct FRONT rotor replacement for the Porsche 991 and 991.2 GT3, GT3RS, AND GT2RS originally equipped with PCCB brakes. These two-piece floating rotors will bolt directly to the car and work with OEM calipers perfectly. You must use must use the pad shape used on the 991 GT3 with iron rotors. The annulus (pad swept height) of these rotors is smaller than the PCCBs to keep rotor weight low and allow far better pad selection. By upgrading your brakes with lightweight high-performance Girodisc rotors (paired with Girodisc A2-154 rear rotors), your factory brake bias and ABS efficiency are maintained. The low rotational and unsprung weight allows for quicker acceleration and transient suspension response. Most racers replace the factory PCCBs with steel two-piece rotors to avoid the inevitable damage to the fragile carbon ceramic discs when swapping wheels at the track! It is suggested that these rotors are to be used with the Pagid 4924 or PFC brake pad profiles normally used in non-PCCB applications.  When combined with the Competition Motorsport RF1 Racing brake fluid or the New HALO P1 High Performance Brake Fluid, you will have an amazing, durable solution to cracked or broken carbon-ceramic rotors at a fraction of the cost of the factory PCCBs. The hat of each rotor is machined from 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum. The disc is manufactured from cast iron using the same specs and materials as professional racing organizations. The curved-vane design acts as a centrifugal pump to force cool air through the disc.   The disc and hat mount together using a floating mount system with high-strength alloy steel drive pins and Grade 12 cap screws. The drive pins transfer braking load while maintaining axial and radial float between the disc and hat to accomodate heat expansion. Hardened washers and anti-noise springs eliminate the rattle and noise sometimes associated with floating rotors. The two-piece Girodisc design allows for disc-only replacement (using Girodisc D1-154); the aluminum hats are re-usable. Sold/priced per pair

Spiegler stainless brake lines for Porsche GT2 GT3 GT4
Spiegler Spiegler Stainless Brake Lines - Porsche Front and Rear Complete 6 Line Kit $399.00
Spiegler Stainless Brake Lines - Porsche Front and Rear Complete 6 Line Kit Fitments include: GT2, GT3, GT3RS, GT4 Spiegler 100% stainless brake lines for various Porsche models. Front and Rear 6 line kit removes front caliper hard line and increases line length for easier pad changes. Allows for caliper removal without opening hydraulic connection or removing the bracket attached to the spindle.  Many of our Porsche customers haven't been thrilled with the quality of currently available options, and have repeatedly asked us to produce a premium quality brake line set that replaces the factory hard lines. We went back to the drawing board, and this product is the result.***DOES NOT REMOVE/REPLACE REAR CALIPER HARD LINE*** . These line kits were revised to retain the rear hard line on these applications. On the rear calipers, the hard line bracket is bolted to the caliper and therefore does not need to be disconnected in order to remove the caliper for a brake pad change. Many of our Porsche customers haven't been thrilled with the quality of currently available options, and have repeatedly asked us to produce a premium quality brake line set that replaces the factory hard lines. We went back to the drawing board, and this product is the result.WHY SIX LINES?As you all know by now, swapping pads or changing discs on these cars can be a real headache, because the front brake calipers are attached via hard, inflexible brake lines. The OEM lines are rigid, shouldn't be bent repeatedly, and don't allow the front caliper to be set aside easily. Our kit replaces the factory soft lines with braided stainless hoses, while also eliminating the hard piping to the front calipers. The rear caliper can be removed with the hardline in place since it is attached to the caliper.WHAT IF I'M RUNNING STUDS INSTEAD OF FACTORY CALIPER BOLTS?Our lines were intentionally designed with aftermarket caliper studs in mind. We added enough length front and rear to allow the caliper to be lifted off of the studs without having to break the hydraulic connection, or even unbolt the brake line from the brake line bracket. No more fuss and mess every time you want to swap your pads!WHY SPIEGLER, AND NOT BRAND X?While we're not the first to create a six line kit, we have created the best one. The quality of the Spiegler components is a cut above the competition in all regards, and you can see the superior precision of the components in the pics below. Spiegler uses 100% stainless steel fittings machined from billet, and all fittings are attached with Spiegler's exclusive stress-free torsion system. That means the lines can be twisted or turned 360 degrees after they've been attached without placing any stress on the line or fitting. The components for Spiegler lines are imported from Switzerland, and the lines are assembled and tested in Dayton Ohio. The result is a brake line of unparalleled strength, durability, and reliability. For less than the price of a set of brake pads you can have the added convenience, feel, and confidence that Essex and Spiegler bring to the table.  Features All components manufactured in USA and Europe Stress-free Torsion Fitting System.
