The Cobra Monaco is an excellent entry-level competition seat, featuring tubular steel frame construction and a deep-sided ergonomic shape for maximum lateral support at a weight comparable to fiberglass seats. The Monaco meets the current FIA 8855-1999 (CS.070.03) homologation.
The Monaco is standard width and will accommodate a four-, five- or six-point harness system. It can be mounted with either bottom- or side-mounts.
The Monaco is a very popular seat for passenger-side applications where an advanced driver needs a passenger seat to satisfy the equal restraint rule (e.g., for an instructor). It meets all current safety standards so your passenger or instructor is safe as you flog your car around the track. It's generous in width but it will fit in smaller cars like the BMW Z3.

The fastenings for side or bottom attachments on the tubular frame are better positioned on the shell while the holes for fifth and sixth seatbelt points provide improved safety. This seat is made from fire retardant fabric and features special non-slip fabric on the seat and shoulders.

The GT3 shell weighs 15% less than the previous model thanks to the innovative use of lightweight lamination.
