A moderately aggressive pad that's very easy on rotors, they have slightly lower overall friction and initial bite than the most aggressive race compounds. The trade-off, however, is lower running temps and increased rotor and pad life. These pads are absolutely ideal for track-day enthusiasts. We have customers running them in Ferrari Challenge cars, Corvettes, Vipers, Mitsubishi Evos, and Subaru STis. The Raybestos ST43 work extremely well with ABS as they are more forgiving with their initial bite.
