Forgeline FF1 Wheels (5 Lug)
Our handsome FF1 is a one piece forged monoblock version of our extremely popular three piece FF3C. But unlike the FF3C, the Forgeline FF1 is a fully-forged one-piece monoblock wheel that is built utilizing manufacturing technology similar to our very successful GA1R wheel. The concave 5-spoke design of the FF1 looks great and allows plenty of room for caliper clearance and extreme brake fitment, while the one-piece monoblock forging and computer-simulated FEA design process yield a wheel that is ruggedly handsome, extremely stiff, and has excellent fatigue strength.
The FF1 is machined from a single forging of 6061-T6 aluminum. It is currently available in 18, 19, 20, and 21-inch diameters with a range of widths and offsets. (Please Note: Depending on size, the FF1 may be available in deep, medium, or shallow concave profiles.) And just like any Forgeline wheel, the FF1 is available with fully customizable finish options.
The FF1 is also available for limited applications in Deep Cap (DC) and Extra Deep Cap (EDC) profiles. These Deep Cap profiles employ unique in-house lathe turnings that allow us to position the center cap deep within the center of the wheel and create an exaggerated extra-aggressive concave look. This option is an excellent choice for select vehicles including the BMW M3, Nissan GT-R, ZL1 Camaro, C6 Z06 Corvette (rear only), and certain Porsche models (rear only).

The Forgeline FF3 Heritage Series wheel is a basic 5-spoke design that mimics the simple, blocky styles that were popular in the late 1990s. It features a flat face profile, spokes that taper to a narrower width at the rim register, chamfered edges, and Forgeline's small engraved center cap. Though it looks like a throwback to another era, the FF3 is a modern 3-piece wheel manufactured from fully forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers using the latest engineering and manufacturing technology.
The FF3 is built with true forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers, aircraft-quality ARP stainless steel hidden fasteners, and heat-treated rim sections. The FF3 is available with a stepped lip outer in 17-inch, 18-inch, 19-inch, and 20-inch fitments and features a standard powder coated center finish with a polished outer rim. But since each wheel is custom built-to-order, Forgeline can also offer special features like custom offsets, center locking hubs, and a large choice of finish combinations.

The FF3C Open Lug combines the classic 5-spoke styling and the sexy concave center profile from the FF3C Concave wheel with a motorsport-derived open-lug hub center to create a wheel with stunning good looks, aggressive character, and plenty of room for caliper clearance and extreme brake fitment.
Like all Forgeline Concave Series wheels, the FF3C Open Lug locates the pad inboard of the outer rim to deliver depth and scale within the wheel center for a modern muscular look. But the FF3C Open Lug also has significant material machined from the center lug area for additional weight reduction, improved access to the lug nuts, and an extra-aggressive look. It also includes a unique specially-engineered tall center cap (with “Forgeline Motorsport” engraving) to cover the hub spindle and protect it from the elements. Available in both deep concave profiles (for the most striking appearance) and shallow concave profiles (to create a staggered look or to accommodate narrow widths or higher-offset applications), these 3-piece wheels are assembled with hidden American-made stainless-steel ARP fasteners and Heli-Coil inserts.

But unlike its predecessor, the FL500 is a modern 3-piece wheel manufactured from fully forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers using the latest engineering and manufacturing technology. The Forgeline FU3C wheel pays homage to the classic Porsche wheel of the 1960s and 1970s. But unlike its predecessor, the FU3C is a modern 3-piece wheel that is manufactured from fully forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers using the latest engineering and manufacturing technology. The FU3C borrows from the classic wheel's five-spoke design with dimensional inverted tapered spokes, but rather than recreate yet another replica, the Forgeline engineering team spent many hours refining the FU3C design to create a wheel with a unique, distinctly Forgeline character. This resource-intensive process yielded a wheel with a concave center, carefully-tuned proportions, and extended spokes that reach out beyond the rim register and over the stepped lip outer.

The Forgeline GF3 is a gorgeous custom made-to-order 3-piece performance wheel with a classic 5-spoke design that was engineered for serious track duty, with a 2100 lb. (per wheel) static load rating! The GF3 features Forgeline's “I-beamed” spoke technology to reduce weight while adding strength and rigidity and hidden ARP assembly hardware for a smooth clean appearance and faster/easier wheel cleaning. Plus the design of the center allows plenty of room for caliper clearance and extreme brake fitment.
The GF3 is produced from precision-machined forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers combined with heat-treated rim shells. And just like any Forgeline wheel, the GF3 offers fully-customizable fitment and finish, including center-lock applications.
NOW AVAILABLE with a stepped lip in 17-inch, 18-inch, 19-inch, and 20-inch sizes. This wheel is also available in a reverse deep lip/flat lip in 18-inch and 19-inch sizes.
