Product Description:

A1-012 Girodisc BMW E46 M3 Front Rotors (345×28 mm, ZCP/CSL)

These Girodisc A1-012 2-piece rotors are a direct replacement for the BMW E46 M3 with the 345 mm front brake setup found on Competition Package (ZCP) and CSL models. At just ~17.5 lb per rotor, the fully floating design helps shed unsprung and rotating mass while retaining OEM calipers, ABS, and brake bias.

Vehicle Fitment

  • BMW E46 M3 (ZCP/Competition Package) – Front
  • BMW E46 M3 CSL – Front

High-Carbon Rings & Curved-Vane Cooling

The rings are machined from a proprietary high-carbon iron casting for durability and heat capacity. 48 curved internal vanes act as a centrifugal pump, drawing cooling air through the hub to stabilize temps under hard use. The 2-piece design allows reuse of the aluminum hat with D1-012 rings when needed.

Dimensions

  • Diameter: 345 mm
  • Thickness: 28 mm
  • Weight: ~17.5 lb per rotor assembly

Features

  • Direct OEM replacement for ZCP/CSL 345 mm front rotors
  • 2-piece floating construction reduces unsprung & rotational mass
  • Reusable 6061-T6 aluminum hats; black anodized finish
  • High-strength cadmium-plated hardware, spring clips & Belleville washers
  • Manufactured and assembled in Bellingham, WA
  • Sold/priced per pair

A1-012 FAQs

Does this fit non-ZCP E46 M3? It’s designed for the 345 mm ZCP/CSL front package. Non-ZCP cars typically use smaller front rotors.

Minimum service thickness? Replace rings at 26 mm, or sooner if a crack reaches the outer edge.

Which replacement rings? Use D1-012 front rings (pair with hardware) for Girodisc hats.

Aftermarket calipers? The geometry is compatible with common swaps (e.g., Brembo 996 and Megane RS kits) as well as the OEM sliding calipers used on ZCP/CSL.
