If you're putting harnesses in your Porsche GT3, GT3RS, or GT4 with the Lightweight Bucket (LWB) seat setup, you'll want these belts! The Flexi 2x2 GT3 features 2” shoulder belts ideal for Frontal Head Restraint (FHR or HANS) devices. It has 2" pull-down Profi lap belts with sewn-in anchors specifically made for Porsche's carbon fiber Lightweight Bucket ("LWB") seats. A T-bar adjustable sub-strap is standard, and shoulder- and sub-strap attachment hardware is wrapped in. The FHR/HANS specific shoulder belts are designed to make the driver safer and more comfortable. The full 2" shoulder webbing fits perfectly on a FHR or HANS device, creating optimal force distribution on the surface of the device. The main impetus behind the 2" lap belt is added safety. A 2" belt rides within the crest of the human pelvis, where a 3" belt would rest on the edges. This allows you to get the belt up to an inch-and-a-half tighter, so the lap belt will work earlier in an accident because it gets loaded faster. It's also more comfortable and easier to adjust as there's less friction through the adjuster. Comes with Porsche-specific attachments for the lap belts and snap-in attachments at sub-strap points. Ferodo FRP3145 Brake Pads Ferodo DS1.11 Brake Compound Details The DS1.11 has a lower mu than the DS3.12 at all temperatures and can be characterized as a moderate mu pad vs. other endurance racing compounds. They require more pedal force than the DS3.12, and they have a slightly declining torque curve as temperatures rise. As they get hotter and you dive deeper into a turn, you may feel like you need to push a little harder on the brake pedal to elicit the same response (which is a feel many drivers actually prefer). Some drivers feel that the DS1.11 is more controllable on street tires than DS3.12 since ABS cannot be activated as easily. It will last a fairly long time vs. many other pad compounds on the market but does not last quite as long as the DS3.12. They are very gentle on discs at track temperatures when a proper pad transfer layer is maintained. The DS1.11 also has an outstanding max temp and fade resistance, just not quite as high as 3.12. We're not aware of anyone who has faded them, and most people differentiate between the DS1.11 and DS3.12 based on feel. The Ferodo DS1.11 is a proven endurance racing brake pad compound designed for drivers who need outstanding fade resistance, long pad life, and precise control under repeated high-temperature braking.
