Sparco Eagle 2.0 Race Suit
Single-Layer Construction, Multi-Layer Performance
The Sparco Eagle 2.0 Race Suit is the newest evolution of Sparco’s professional Eagle driver suit. Built with updated HOCOTEX® material that is softer and 30% thinner than before, the Eagle 2.0 delivers premium comfort, advanced fire protection, and modern FIA-approved performance in a lightweight single-layer design.
With four new colorways, large stretch zones, 360-degree arm gussets, and improved breathability, the Eagle 2.0 is designed for serious racers who want maximum mobility without giving up protection.
HOCOTEX Technology: Single Layer, Serious Protection
The Eagle 2.0 is the result of more than three years of research and development. Sparco’s patented HOCOTEX® technology changes the way racing suits are built by creating a single-layer fabric that delivers the protective performance normally associated with multi-layer construction.
Instead of relying on traditional quilted layers, HOCOTEX® uses a honeycomb structure with internal air cells. This design helps improve thermal protection while reducing bulk, weight, and restriction.
Unprecedented Comfort And Breathability
Thanks to HOCOTEX®, the Sparco Eagle 2.0 is three times more breathable than a suit made with traditional technology. The thinner fabric construction works with large side and back stretch panels to give drivers excellent comfort in the car.
The Eagle 2.0 also features full 360-degree arm gussets for improved range of motion. Sparco’s new Eagle stretch fabric is lighter, more breathable, and more abrasion resistant than traditional stretch material, giving the suit better comfort and durability in high-movement areas.
Improved Fire And Heat Resistance
Traditional racing suits use multiple fabric layers sewn together in a quilted pattern, creating air spaces that expand during fire exposure to help protect the driver. HOCOTEX® takes a different approach with a honeycomb microcell structure that creates thousands of internal air chambers throughout the suit.
While a traditional size 52 race suit may have around 300 air chambers, the Sparco Eagle 2.0 has more than 60,000 microcell air chambers. This structure helps deliver a 10 to 12 percent increase in heat protection performance while keeping the suit thin, light, and highly breathable.
