Are KS-2 shoes FIA/CIK homologated?
Kart shoes are typically not FIA fireproof–homologated. KS-2 is designed specifically for karting performance; check your series rulebook for footwear requirements.
What sizes are available?
Generally EU 36–48. Refer to the OMP size chart above for the most accurate fit.
Can I use the KS-2 for indoor karting?
Yes. Its breathable upper and grippy sole perform well on indoor and outdoor tracks.
Is the KS-2 fireproof?
No. Karting shoes are not fire-retardant. For auto racing, choose FIA fire-rated shoes.
How does KS-2 compare to KS-2F or KS-1R?
KS-2 offers similar lightweight comfort to the KS-2F with a different fit/design; KS-1R is the flagship with more advanced materials and features.

The Sparco RW-10 line of Nomex® undergarments is the lightest and most breathable on the market that is homologated to the new FIA 8856-2018 standard. When designing this new line of undergarments, Sparco studied the drivers seating position to ensure ultimate fit and comfort. The RW-10 features a fully seamless structure with ultra-soft stretchable material for a very comfortable fit. RW-10 shirts and underpants are treated with Sparco’s X-Cool treatment, which draws heat from the body surface to cool the driver. In addition to cooling the driver, X-Cool treatment has an anti-bacterial effect.
The RW-10 balaclava is seamless, designed with no seams across the mouth and chin area for comfort when wearing a helmet. The traditional center seam across the front of the forehead has been removed to lessen any chances of pressure when wearing a helmet.
