Forgeline SS1R:Â Professional Road Racing Pedigree
Forgeline Motorsports has built their industry-leading reputation by making wheels that are track-proven at the highest levels of road racing, and the SS1R motorsport wheel continues that long tradition. Derived directly from the SS1R-GT wheel (which is engineered specifically for ultra-competitive IMSA and WEC GT3 racing), the Forgeline one-piece, forged monoblock SS1R 5-Lug wheel is their lightest, strongest, and stiffest racing wheel to date.
The Forgeline SS1R is a forged monoblock wheel, meaning that the entire wheel is precision-machined from a single forging of Forgeline's proprietary grade of 6061-T6 aerospace aluminum. It features a split six-spoke design, I-beamed spokes, a tapered outer edge, and aggressive machining details that allow it to look as good as it performs.
The Forgeline SS1R 5-Lug is available in a range of widths and offsets in diameters ranging from 18 to 22-inches, and can be finished in a wide variety of powder coat colors and finishes.

Forgeline VV1R:Â Professional Road Racing Pedigree

Made for hardcore track use, the Forgeline VV1R is engineered with a 2,100+ lbs. street tire load rating to handle serious motorsport applications. The VV1R features a sharp Y-spoke design with integrated lug holes at the base of each spoke, striking angles, and a deep concave profile. The Forgeline VV1R is a fully-forged, one-piece monoblock wheel utilizing manufacturing technology similar to the legendary Forgeline GS1R wheel, and is engineered to allow plenty of room for caliper clearance and extreme brake fitment.
The VV1R's one-piece monoblock forging and computer-simulated FEA design combine to produce a wheel that is lightweight, stiff, and has excellent fatigue strength. The Forgeline VV1RÂ is available in a range of widths and offsets in diameters ranging from 18 to 22 inches.
Vehicle Tailored Fitments
Custom made-to-order means that Forgeline engineers and builds every set of forged wheels one-at-a-time from scratch for each individual customer and each unique vehicle application. This consists of not only building the style of wheel and finish color that you want, but also delivering custom sizes and fitments to best match your vehicle and your intended application. Within the limits determined by the wheel style and the forging from which it is made, in most cases Forgeline can create a custom size, lug pattern, and backspace/offset for the perfect fitment on almost any car!
Forgeline Custom Wheel Finishing
Every Forgeline forged wheel is custom finished in-house at their Dayton, Ohio, manufacturing facility. This resource-intensive process starts with a painstaking hand-grinding, sanding, and inspection process and concludes with a high-quality, hand-applied powder coat that is more consistent & more durable than what's possible with a mass-produced alternative. Virtually any color is possible, including a large selection of in-stock colors.

The VX1R is a fully track-ready competition wheel equal in weight and strength to Forgeline's famous GA1R and GS1R Competition Series wheels.The VX1R features a sharp Y-spoke design, with long spokes that wrap around the lug holes, striking sharp angles, a deep concave profile, and a chamfered outer edge. The Forgeline VX1R is a fully-forged, one-piece monoblock wheel utilizing manufacturing technology similar to the very successful GA1R. Beyond just beautiful style, the VX1R is engineered to allow plenty of room for caliper clearance and extreme brake fitment. Forgeline's computer-simulated FEA design process yield a wheel that is lightweight and stiff, with excellent fatigue strength.Currently available in 18, 19, 20, and 21-inch diameters with a range of widths and offsets, the VX1R can be made to accommodate most five-lug or center lock applications. The ZO1R is a full track-ready competition wheel with a 2100 lb per wheel load rating, equal in strength to our famous GA1R and GS1R Competition Series wheels.
The ZO1R is currently available in 18, 19, 20, and 21-inch sizes with a range of widths (6" to 15") and offsets. Like any Forgeline wheel, the ZO1R is available in any of thousands of fully customizable finish options.
