Girodisc 2-Piece Rear Brake Rotors for Lotus Emira

A2-388 Vehicle fitment

• 2022+ Lotus Emira (rear axle)

Note: Confirm rotor diameter, hat spacing, and caliper clearance on the specific vehicle before purchase.

Upgrade the rear braking performance of your Lotus Emira with the Girodisc A2-388 2-piece rotor assembly. Engineered for both street and track use, these rotors help reduce unsprung mass and maintain the factory parking brake function while boosting thermal control under heavy braking.

Precision engineered for performance

The rotor rings are machined from a proprietary high-carbon iron casting designed by Girodisc. With 48 curved internal cooling vanes, the rotor acts like a centrifugal pump to pull air in through the hub, enhancing cooling even under aggressive use. The 2-piece design reuses the aluminum hat so you can replace just the rings (part number D2-388) when they wear.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this retain the factory parking brake? Yes — the design preserves parking brake function.

Can I only replace rotor rings, not hats? Yes. The hat is reusable; the replacement rings are sold separately as D2-388.

Are these street-friendly? Yes. The floating design is engineered to operate quietly for street use while providing race-level performance.

When should I replace the rotor rings? When thickness reaches 30 mm or when cracks approach the ring’s edge.
