GP35-1417.16 Brake Pads
Our GP35 compound combines the best of both worlds into one all-around race pad. We took some of the longevity of our endurance pads, some of the bite of our sprint pads, and worked to develop a compound that can do it all. As a bonus, it’s easy to bed, which means less time figuring your brakes out, and more time driving on the track.
The GP35 is designed to work with street car ABS as well as motorsport-grade ABS found in factory-built race cars. The torque curve is designed to be smooth and linear, which leads to superior modulation and release under trail braking. These pads work with a wide range of tires, from DOT street tires to R-compounds to full race slicks.

GP40-1417.16 Brake Pads
GP40 compound falls between a sprint and an endurance compound. It maintains good bite and pedal feel while being friendly to your rotors. They are a favorite among our track day customers and shares a lineage with compounds found on cars competing in legendary races like the 24 Hours of Le Mans. These pads have been race-tested and hold up to the brutal conditions on the track.

Our GP35 compound combines the best of both worlds into one all-around race pad. We took some of the longevity of our endurance pads, some of the bite of our sprint pads, and worked to develop a compound that can do it all. As a bonus, it’s easy to bed, which means less time figuring your brakes out, and more time driving on the track.

Do these pads fit OEM McLaren carbon-ceramic brakes? No. These pads are for Girodisc Iron Conversion kits only and will not fit factory PCCB/CCM calipers.
Which compound should I choose? GP10 is ideal for street and light track. GP30 is the choice for aggressive track use or endurance sessions.
Are these pads noisy? GP10 is generally quiet. GP30 may produce light noise during low-speed operation due to its high-heat race formulation.
Do I need to bed the pads? Yes—proper bedding ensures optimal friction transfer and prevents uneven pad deposits.

Pagid Pre-Bedding Service
Some Pagid racing brake pads are available pre-bedded and “ready to race”. Good preparation and adjustment of the car is the basic requirement for any successful race. Bedding the brake components requires good concentration, experience and a lot of training time. But time is often crucial and you need to save it for other purposes.
Incorrectly bedded brakes reduce the controllability and the lifetime of the pads and discs. The maximum braking performance can only be achieved by correctly bedded brake parts.
To save time and money, we offer pre-bedding brake pads via a computer controlled system. Using the right sensory input, we can precisely bed in your pads free from environmental influences like traffic, rain, and even driver training.
RSL 19 Compound:
Pagid RSL 19 is a low metallic resin bonded material containing steel and aramid fibers. It maintains a constant friction level across a broad range of temperatures. The material features very good modulation and release characteristics. Rear axle usage in combination with RSL 1 or RSL 2 on the front axle in heavier cars (GT3/GTE). Front axle usage for lighter GT and touring cars.
Pagid RSL 19-5, a variation on RSL 19, has a slightly higher, more aggressive coefficient of friction and a stronger initial bite than RSL 19. Often used on the rear axle of heavier GT3 and GTE cars to fine-tune brake bias. It can also be used on the front of lighter cars for a more aggressive feel than RSL 19.
RSL 29 Compound:
The PAGID RSL 29 (Yellow) is the world-leading endurance brake pad used by most of the winning teams in motorsport. Although designed primarily for endurance racing, many competitors use this material successfully for sprint and short distance races also. Pagid RSL D1 Compound
Pagid RSL D1 compound was engineered especially for race cars with high aerodynamic downforce levels, and with a wide brake balance range. Specifically developed for rear axle applications, the compound provides benefits in terms of vehicle stability during turn-in and unloading the front axle on corner exit.

Its reduced wear rate and disc friendliness make this material appropriate for endurance races on applications with high cooling efficiency. RSL 2 features excellent pad life and modulation, as well as friction stability at high temperatures.
Applications include GT cars, touring cars and prototype endurance racing. Due to excellent modulation characteristics, RSL 2 is often also used in sprint races.
Pagid RST 1 Compound
Used in Rally tarmac, GT cars and touring cars circuit racing (sprint), high down-force formula cars, NASCAR. Suitable for applications in heavy cars and where high torque is necessary against small diameter rotors. RST 1 has a very high friction level and high temperature resistance. It is a semi-metallic resin bonded material containing steel fibers. Cold friction and initial bite makes this material most appropriate for Rally and NASCAR applications.
Pagid RST D1 Compound:
Pagid RST D1 is especially for race cars with high aerodynamic downforce levels and with a wide brake balance range. Specifically developed for rear axle applications. The RST D1 compound provides benefits in terms of vehicle stability during the turn-in and corner-exit unloading of the front axle.

All PFC pad compounds have been thoroughly processed and are “race ready”. That means very easy burnishing to bed pads and rotors.
PFC 02 Compound
The 02 compound from PFC (Performance Friction Corporation) is a high-bite, high-friction brake pad designed primarily for sprint and high-downforce racing applications. It provides aggressive initial bite, excellent modulation, and consistent performance across various temperature ranges.
Key Characteristics of the PFC 02 Compound:

The 02 compound is typically favored in shorter sprint races where maximum bite and friction levels are required, making it ideal for drivers who prefer a firm and responsive pedal feel.
PFC 84 Compound
PFC 84 compound is the newest Rear endurance compound in the PFC lineup. It shook the endurance sportscar world when it took its first win upon release at the 2023 24hr of Nürburgring. This pad is heavily degressive to work together with modern ABS systems, providing a stable, controllable rear end and minimized Lockups. Its high initial bite allows this pad to not only be the perfect low wear endurance option, but also can be used in medium distance applications.
Like its Front counterpart (PFC 82), the PFC 84 compound has an extremely low wear rate, while being gentle on discs. All of this paired with superior modulation creates a pad that finds its home in being crazy durable and crazy quick! It was developed alongside experienced teams and drivers to create a compound that sets a new standard in speed for the endurance sports car world.

PFC 08 COMPOUND
One of PFC's most popular compounds which came to fame in Endurance Sports Car and GT racing due to its performance in applications where smooth initial bite is a must. PFC 08 has a slight friction rise with temperature, excellent release and modulation characteristics.
Despite its considerable performance, PFC 08 has the lowest wear rate of all PFC compounds and can easily match the wear characteristics of competitors' endurance materials, but with much higher bite and consistent performance across a broad temperature range.

Ferodo DS3.12 Brake Compound Details
The DS3.12 is the latest evolution in Ferodo's incredible DS line. Sports cars today have more of everything: more horsepower, more sophisticated aero, higher curb weights, and stickier tires. These attributes place serious demands on a vehicle's brake system. The Ferodo DS3.12 is the modern pad compound designed from the start to explicitly handle those demands.
Ferodo DS1.11 Brake Compound Details
The DS1.11 has a lower mu than the DS3.12 at all temperatures and can be characterized as a moderate mu pad vs. other endurance racing compounds. They require more pedal force than the DS3.12, and they have a slightly declining torque curve as temperatures rise. As they get hotter and you dive deeper into a turn, you may feel like you need to push a little harder on the brake pedal to elicit the same response (which is a feel many drivers actually prefer). Some drivers feel that the DS1.11 is more controllable on street tires than DS3.12 since ABS cannot be activated as easily. It will last a fairly long time vs. many other pad compounds on the market but does not last quite as long as the DS3.12. They are very gentle on discs at track temperatures when a proper pad transfer layer is maintained. The DS1.11 also has an outstanding max temp and fade resistance, just not quite as high as 3.12. We're not aware of anyone who has faded them, and most people differentiate between the DS1.11 and DS3.12 based on feel.
Ferodo DSUno Brake Compound Details
For our customers who enjoy the performance of the DS1.11, but just want a little more bite, we recommend the DSUNO. It doesn't wear quite as long as the DS1.11, but it does offer a higher overall mu once it reaches track temperatures.
Ferodo DS2500 Brake Compound Details
Although we always recommend using a dedicated race pad for the track, the DS2500 is one of the best hybrid street/track pads on the market. It features the moderately high bite and solid fade resistance of a track pad, with the relatively low dust and noise levels of a street pad. When used as a street pad, it can produce some squeal on certain vehicle platforms. If you drive aggressively on the street, do some canyon runs, autocross, and maybe some light track duty on street tires, the DS2500 is tough to beat.

The cold friction profile of the Ferodo DS1.11 is predictable and grows linear as your pad heats up with very good fade resistance all the way to its maximum 1382 F limit. Another common use of the Ferodo DS1.11 is an advanced track day driver in the red group in a well set-up chassis with sticky rubber and aero.

Pagid RSL 19 is a low metallic resin bonded material containing steel and aramid fibers. It maintains a constant friction level across a broad range of temperatures. The material features very good modulation and release characteristics. Rear axle usage in combination with RSL 1 or RSL 2 on the front axle in heavier cars (GT3/GTE). Front axle usage for lighter GT and touring cars.
Pagid RST D1 Compound:
Pagid RST D1 is especially for race cars with high aerodynamic downforce levels and with a wide brake balance range. Specifically developed for rear axle applications. The RST D1 compound provides benefits in terms of vehicle stability during the turn-in and corner-exit unloading of the front axle.

It is a semi-metallic resin bonded material containing steel fibers. Cold friction and initial bite makes this material most appropriate for Rally and NASCAR applications.
