A1-139 Girodisc Two-Piece Front Brake Rotors
FITMENT: Renault Megane III RS, Front (2017+)
This 350mm Girodisc system is a direct replacement for the OEM 340mm Renault rotors, no modifications are necessary. The rotors will bolt directly to the car and work with your OEM calipers using the supplied billet spacers to accommodate the 10mm larger Girodisc rotors.
By upgrading your brakes with lightweight high performance replacements (as opposed to a big brake kit), your factory brake bias is maintained as well as your ABS efficiency. The Girodisc front rotors are approx. 22.0 lbs. vs. 25.2 lbs for the stock units. This reduction in rotational and unsprung weight allows for quicker acceleration and suspension response.
The central hat section of the disc is made from 6061-T6 aircraft specification aluminum. The disc is manufactured from cast iron constructed in the USA, made to the same specification with the same material used by professional racing organizations. The rotors' curved vane design was developed in racing and acts as a centrifugal pump to force cooling air through the disc.
The rotor and hat mount together through a floating mount system which utilizes ten high strength alloy steel drive pins manufactured by Girodisc in the USA to their own specifications and are cadmium plated for corrosion resistance. The alloy drive pins transfer the load from the brake action while maintaining the axial and radial float between the disc rotor and hat. The pins are secured by Grade-12 cap screws with hardened washers and mounted with anti-noise spring washers to allow for heat expansion while eliminating the rattle and noise associated with floating rotors.
The two-piece Girodisc design allows for disc-only replacement as well, minimizing future replacement costs and delivering outstanding performance.

It is a curved vane design, developed in racing to act as a centrifugal pump to force cooling air through the disc.The rotor and hat have a floating mount system, which utilizes 10 high strength alloy steel drive pins, manufactured by Girodisc to our own specifications and cadmium plated for a long lasting corrosion resistance. These pins take the load from braking actions while maintaining the axial and radial float between the hat and disc. In order to keep the rotors from making noise when cold, the pins are mounted with anti-noise spring washers on the rotor side which allow the rotor to grow with heat expansion but eliminate the rattle and noise associated with floating rotors. This float also allows the rotor to self center between the pads.Once the Girodisc system is in place, simply replace the cast iron rotor when needed. The GiroDisc system is an upgrade to a 2-piece steel rotor and aluminum hat combination and is a direct replacement for the OEM brake disc. The 2-piece floating disc will bolt directly to the car and work with OEM calipers perfectly. By upgrading your brakes with these lightweight high-performance replacements as opposed to a big brake kit, your factory bias is maintained as well as your ABS efficiency. The Giro Disc rotors are lighter than OEM pieces. The reduction in rotational and unsprung weight (approx. 8 lbs) allows for quicker acceleration and suspension response.
When used with Pagid or PFC performance brake pads, and Competition Motorsport RF-1 brake fluid (also available from CompetitionMotorsport.com), you have an amazing solution to overheating, cracking and warping rotors.

Measuring Your Custom Female Simpson Hybrid-S
Step 1: Wearing your favorite racing suit or normal driving apparel, measure over your outermost layer. Your new Simpson Custom Female device will always be on the outside with nothing covering it.
Step 2: Measure just below the bottom of the bra all the way around. Fill in this number in inches (including fractions) or centimeters.
Step 3: Measure from top of shoulder over breast to bottom of bra. Fill in this number in inches (including fractions) or centimeters.
FIA Approved Simpson Hybrid-S Works With Three-Point Belts
The Hybrid-S Head Restraint by Simpson is the only head restraint approved for use with three-point restraints (such as standard seat belts) that is also FIA approved. This provides added protection for driving instructors, auto manufacturing test engineers, and other drivers using three-point restraints.
