Brey Krause C6/C7 Corvette Extra Low Seat Mount w/ Sub-Bar

The Brey Krause R-9153 Driver-side seat mount offers a solution to the low roof-line of the C7 Chevrolet Corvette. The racing seat adapter places the seat rails at a slant, allowing the seat to be lower in a rearward position when combined with a Recaro Slider (sold separately). This slant allows the seat to sit higher when in a forward position (perfect for shorter drivers), while offering increased head clearance when adjusted rearward for taller drivers. The R-9153 bolts directly to the floor of the C7 Corvette, and combines with a Recaro slider to allow the installation of many seat options when used with Brey Krause side-mounts. Also compatible with the C6 Corvette if you are searching for additional head-room.

The mounting kit comes complete with an adjustable integrated Sub-Bar for correct mounting of your 5 or 6 point harness system. The design also allows for the reuse of stock 3-point belts, with inboard/outboard lap belt mounting locations built in. Note: Brey Krause Seat brackets must be purchased separately - see Brey Krause R-906X series side mount brackets.

PLEASE NOTE: Although this kit allows for the installation of many brands and models of seats, due to the extremely low roof-line and the tight confines of the C7 Corvette, many larger seats will not fit.
