Forgeline VV1R: Professional Road Racing Pedigree
Forgeline Motorsports has built their industry-leading reputation by making wheels that are track-proven at the highest levels of road racing.
Made for hardcore track use, the Forgeline VV1R is engineered with a 2,100+ lbs. street tire load rating to handle serious motorsport applications. The VV1R features a sharp Y-spoke design with integrated lug holes at the base of each spoke, striking angles, and a deep concave profile. The Forgeline VV1R is a fully-forged, one-piece monoblock wheel utilizing manufacturing technology similar to the legendary Forgeline GS1R wheel, and is engineered to allow plenty of room for caliper clearance and extreme brake fitment.
The VV1R's one-piece monoblock forging and computer-simulated FEA design combine to produce a wheel that is lightweight, stiff, and has excellent fatigue strength. The Forgeline VV1R is available in a range of widths and offsets in diameters ranging from 18 to 22 inches.
Vehicle Tailored Fitments
Custom made-to-order means that Forgeline engineers and builds every set of forged wheels one-at-a-time from scratch for each individual customer and each unique vehicle application. This consists of not only building the style of wheel and finish color that you want, but also delivering custom sizes and fitments to best match your vehicle and your intended application. Forgeline Custom Wheel Finishing
Every Forgeline forged wheel is custom finished in-house at their Dayton, Ohio, manufacturing facility. This resource-intensive process starts with a painstaking hand-grinding, sanding, and inspection process and concludes with a high-quality, hand-applied powder coat that is more consistent & more durable than what's possible with a mass-produced alternative. Virtually any color is possible, including a large selection of in-stock colors.

Derived directly from the SS1R-GT wheel (which is engineered specifically for ultra-competitive IMSA and WEC GT3 racing), the Forgeline one-piece, forged monoblock SS1R 5-Lug wheel is their lightest, strongest, and stiffest racing wheel to date.
The Forgeline SS1R is a forged monoblock wheel, meaning that the entire wheel is precision-machined from a single forging of Forgeline's proprietary grade of 6061-T6 aerospace aluminum. It features a split six-spoke design, I-beamed spokes, a tapered outer edge, and aggressive machining details that allow it to look as good as it performs.
The Forgeline SS1R 5-Lug is available in a range of widths and offsets in diameters ranging from 18 to 22-inches, and can be finished in a wide variety of powder coat colors and finishes.

The Forgeline GS1-6 combines the latest in advanced wheel technology, including one piece forged monoblock construction, motorsport engineered design, and I-beamed spokes. And just like the GS1R, the GS1-6 is engineered to withstand the rigors of top-level endurance racing with a 2100 lb street tire load rating and exceptional deflection stiffness.
Though made from the same forgings and similar design as our race-winning GS1R (including the distinctive smooth chamfered outer edge), the GS1-6 forgoes the GS1R’s aggressive open-lug center area for a more traditional (perhaps “gentlemanly”) center design that accommodates our standard press-in aluminum center cap. Perfect for 6-lug applications such as the Dodge Viper and older Cadillac CTS-V models.

Though made from the same forgings and similar design as our GT1 street wheel, the GTD1 is specifically engineered for professional endurance racing.
Designed for professional racing teams competing in the United Sportscar TUDOR GT Daytona (GTD) class, the Forgeline GTD1 combines the latest in advanced wheel technology, including one piece forged monoblock construction, motorsport engineered design, I-beamed spokes & spoke spans, and knurled bead seats. This wheel is engineered to withstand the rigors of top-level endurance racing, delivering uncompromising strength and exceptional deflection stiffness.
The GTD1's original configuration includes a special center lock to accommodate the Porsche Cup Car and RSR hub assembly, but it can also be engineered to fit other center lock hub assemblies as well as select 5-lug and 6-lug applications. The GTD1 is machined from a single forging of 6061-T6 aluminum.
The GTD1 is currently available only in 18-inch diameters in limited widths and offsets. And just like any Forgeline wheel, the GTD1 is available with fully customizable finish options.

Fully Forged From MAG+ Advanced Alloy
The industry standard for forged wheels is to use 6061-T6 aluminum. Litespeed Racing has pushed past the standard with the development of their Advanced Forged Alloy. It outperforms the standard 6061-T6 alloy in every category, including 30% higher tensile strength and 36% higher strength-to-weight ratio.
This results in a wheel that is both stronger and lighter than standard forged aluminum wheels. A lighter wheel improves all aspects of performance from acceleration to handling to fuel economy.
