Arai GP-6S Helmet SA2015

As low as $859.95

Arai Auto Racing Helmets GP-6S SA2015 Helmet

The Arai Auto Racing Helmets GP-6S Helmet SA2015 is made for the sport driver. This helmet is all about performance: a wider eye port for better peripheral vision, single intake/exhaust vents, and it has the same shell shape as the GP-6RC and GP-6 (PED). The Arai Auto Racing Helmets GP-6S Helmet SA2015 price is attractive as are the White or Black Frost color options, which can be purchased in sizes XS to XL. These helmets are Snell SA2015 certified with the new M6 washer/nut installed at the factory, making it easy to install the posts for your Head and Neck Restraint system. The Arai Auto Racing Helmets GP-6S Helmet SA2015 is also FIA-8859-2015 certified.

Arai Auto Racing Helmets GP-6S Helmet SA2015 Features:

Positive Shield Latch

A positive latch mechanism gives the helmet solid shield latching with normal operation of the shield. Simple, yet complex.

New Shield Pivot Hardware

Redesigned track holder for better aerodynamic design. The wider Arai Auto Racing Helmets GP-6S Helmet SA2015 shield and eye port have better fields of view compared to the 5-series. All were developed on the best-in-class RC and adapted to the G-6S.

A bigger, closeable intake vent with a 10mm vent and a larger 10mm rear vent hole give the helmet better air flow.

M6 Anchors

Pre-Installed M6 threaded washer/nut with 6mm threads will accept a variety of anchor systems for Head and Neck Restraint devices. A flat area around the mounting nut allows the anchor post to rest flush on the helmet surface. FIA-8859-2015 certified.

New Chinbar

Re-designed chin bar and ridge along lower edge of shell give the helmet better structural integrity, especially near the opening. The rise in the shell above the shoulders adds clearance and the center of gravity is lowered.

E-JECT System

Pre-cut pocket under the crown pad can be taken out to fit the optional E-Ject system.

An effective helmet is one that fits properly. Have an assistant use a measuring tape, or a piece of string to measure the circumference of your head starting at a point approximately one inch above the eyebrows in front, around a point in the back of the head that results in the largest possible measurement, and finally wrapping back to the front. It is a good idea to take several measurements to make sure you have the largest one.

This helmet will ship to you with signature required for delivery.
